I had a month subscription, all going well, so changed to annual but unknown to me a new phone number given with result I’m paying for two. My request to change monthly number to annual is ignored and delays to sort although they’ve been paid (2 subscriptions being paid now). No ability to cancel automatically.They don’t seem to want to help even thought I’m really inconvenienced. Let’s see what gets done but not v hopeful. A real real shame as could be brilliant product but frankly I deserve better

Confusing
Difficult to set up. They are very happy to keep charging you though.
Very easy
Simply easy and very useful. As I arrived back home, the app changed back to my usual sim . I've been to Turkey, Sweden and Iceland on this trip and Roamless worked seamlessly.

I’ve been able to get phone connections in the Philippines, Canada and the USA. During this time I been able to top up the account whenever I’ve needed.

I’ve used other eSIMs but when I found Roamless, it was a game changer for me. I travel for work and was tired of having to get different eSIMs for different countries and the losing my balance if I didn’t use it all. With Roamless that issue is gone! One for multiple countries and I never lose unused credits. My balance remains until my next trip. Also, they have best customer service!! Exceptional in fact.

Update: it’s very convenient as I went on a trip to Northern Vietnam then to China. The switch was very quick. Just had to tap my cellular data twice.
I like that it has the flex option which you pay as you go and it doesn’t expire and can be used globally. They also have fixed plan for those that want or need to use it for longer days.

Just Perfect
Have travelled to several countries, and used with no issues.(Greece, UK, Indonesia, IAE, Qatar ) Everywhere trouble. Good speeds, reliable and straight forward. That that you don’t have to install a new eSIM for every country you are visiting is the best thing ever. Not to mention that the Pay As you go is a very flexible option.

Super application !

If u put money on there and ain’t able to use it on ur trip they won’t refund you so ur basically giving them free money
