Best Customer Service amongst all eSIM companies
Although can be expensive in certain regions the customer service was excellent to the point you don’t mind paying a bit extra for a better experience overall
Unreliable and difficult to set up
It was difficult to set up and required intervention from the Help team. To be fair, they did respond but it shouldn’t be so difficult to use.
It worked one time when I was abroad and bought the app, but after that, it did not work. They refused to refund it $21 of Credit if I cancelled the service. Obviously, they need the money!

No connection
I had a very disappointing experience with this eSIM provider. I purchased an eSIM for overseas travel, but it never worked. I contacted customer support immediately and spent a lot of time following numerous troubleshooting steps, but none of them fixed the issue.
To make matters worse, I had to purchase separate mobile data just to communicate with their support team and send the screenshots they requested while trying to resolve the problem. This cost me additional time and money.
When it became clear the eSIM was unusable, I requested a refund. Despite the service never working, my refund was refused.
I cannot recommend this provider. If you’re travelling and need reliable connectivity, I would look elsewhere.

Don’t do it
I purchased it last week and then the next day my iPhone stopped working it has a bug in that that fried my iPhone it couldn’t be fixed so I had to buy another new iPhone for $1400 sent them an email asking for refund no reply and I should of asked for them to pay for my new phone I may consider legal action to get a result

This app already has affordable prices but including the different rewards given from referrals or first time activations, this service is debatably better than most eSIM providers. With both the prepaid and the pay-as-you-go option, this service basically allows the most convenient way to save money and reuse left over credit. Most importantly, their help services from AI, preset questions, and customer service is excellent and will likely surpass your expectations.

Plans expire in 30 days!!
Whats the point of this, promises credit that doesn’t expire so I install the esim having chose Australia as my region and it doesnt have a number for it! I go try to add a number and realise I have to pay to subscribe to a number either monthly or yearly!Totally wasted my time this should be clarified at the very top of your marketing because currently its misleading

Good when it works. Mostly I’ve had good experiences. But in some cities, the network Roamless uses seems slow and times out so it can be hit and miss.
When I contact support to report a slower network, I get the typical “oh it must be your device, your problem, your settings”… blaming the user. Nothing changes on my device from country to country. Very frustrating support model that’s typical these days > simply blame the user.

Account funds disappeared
I had a Roamless account with over 10GB of data still left. Somehow I got signed out account deleted and all my data disappeared. Forced to buy new plan when I logged back in.

Good data, Easy install
I think that Roamless is better than most other eSIM apps because the connection is stable and it is much easier to use than other ESIM apps.
Fast and easy to sign up.
1st time to sign up and it was easy to navigate to their apps.

I had a month subscription, all going well, so changed to annual but unknown to me a new phone number given with result I’m paying for two. My request to change monthly number to annual is ignored and delays to sort although they’ve been paid (2 subscriptions being paid now). No ability to cancel automatically.They don’t seem to want to help even thought I’m really inconvenienced. Let’s see what gets done but not v hopeful. A real real shame as could be brilliant product but frankly I deserve better

Confusing
Difficult to set up. They are very happy to keep charging you though.
Very easy
Simply easy and very useful. As I arrived back home, the app changed back to my usual sim . I've been to Turkey, Sweden and Iceland on this trip and Roamless worked seamlessly.
