Nightmare
I’ve been left stranded in a foreign country because this app doesn’t work. And they only offer me a partial refund. Do not use this! It doesn’t work in Vietnam!
So slow…
Been using it for a few weeks in Australia. Network is really touch and go. Sometimes it works ok, not great, but ok for emails and calls. A little slow, but ok. Sometimes it just…dies…loading a single website page takes literally 1-2mins. And it crashes the minute you try to connect to a MS Teams call. Worse, there is no support when this happens. Their only help line is a virtual chat…which guess what, you need a working network to use. Roamless charges 3-4x what local companies charge. Nowadays you can sign up to eSIM deals online easily. Sure, it’s a bit more hassle with filling out a form. But at least it works and won’t leave you hanging out there in the middle of nowhere when you most need the network

Didn’t work for me in China

Rip-Off once you use it!!!! Data will always run low
I used it for 3 days in Paris. £7 for 5GB same price with Maya mobile which my wife used. Roamless notified me twice that data is running low and I had to top up. I don’t even use my phone most of the time. I ended up connecting to my wife’s data as Maya is unlimited. I’m done with Roamless!! First and last! Never again!!

Was working fine until they made the app defunct until an update for a ‘minor fix’ was done, that way you use all your limited data to update the app in order to buy more data! A bit of a scam. If you don’t have WiFi then you have no choice but to use your data to do this. Make the app still usable unless you have a major update.

Worst App and waste of money
This app did not work and it just took my money. I do not recommend I trusted it and it left me stranded in a country with no Internet so I had to buy a phone.

Very disappointed!! Sent an email on 7 Aug for 15% off - clicked to use … it automatically appeared but when I submitted - it said invalid. Tried again and no option to add a code - pressed ‘pay’ thinking option would appear but just took full payment !! Garbage. Will be my last time.
Fantastic eSIM.
I have used this in Japan, Korea, China, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and Malaysia on the global pay as you go plan, and it has worked flawlessly everywhere, with quite good rates. It just takes a minute or so when you arrive in a new country to find the right network, then works perfectly. Highly recommend.

LOVE LOVE LOVEEEE!! I recently used this app for my trip to Saudi Arabia. At first, I was hesitant because it looked almost too easy to use, but I’m SO happy I downloaded it! I was able to use it to call my family back home, and surprisingly, apps like Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, and Facebook didn’t use up my money nearly as fast as I thought they would.
Pay-as-you-go is SO much better, so I definitely recommend choosing that option! I was also able to use my hotspot so my mom and sister could use my data, and it worked perfectly fine!!!
I wish I had found this app sooner. If I could rate it a 10, I WOULD! Whoever made this app is a lifesaver 😂😂 FOR REAL!!
