Customer service is awful do not use it
I have been using Airola for a while and did not have an issue I only had once and couldn’t install esim and they refunded easily my money. This Esimio gave deal so I said give it a try and tried and got my lesson do not use it . I bought japan package but they have default pay as you go package and japan package needs ti install differently. I never signed up for pay as you this is the catch. You cannot pay directly by credit care you need to buy credit from them that is how you get discount. So they used pay as you go first and stop my service and I contacted them they said h
Japan package I installed differently and I installed and used and asked them to refund which they charged pay as you go they said it os what it is and DO NOT Refund my money I lost around $9 on top of $40 japan esim cost. They are scam do not try this company go for Airalo they are best.
