Poor experience and no customer support
I used this eSIM twice before without any issues, so I trusted the service. However, during my third top-up, 8 GB of data disappeared within just 30 minutes. I was connected to Wi-Fi most of the time, and I wasn’t using iCloud backup, YouTube, or any other data-heavy apps.
I contacted the support team immediately, but even after more than 24 hours, I still haven’t received any response. Losing such a large amount of data so quickly without any explanation, combined with the lack of customer support, has been very disappointing. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this service until they improve both their data tracking and customer support.

5 start very helpful with setting up
No data without wifi!
I purchased a 3gb data plan for france. Activated my e-sim, enabled data roaming, turned off my phone’s own e-sim (US number) but i cannot access internet unless i find wifi connection. Without wifi, e-sim io app tells me i have no internet connection. With wifi, the app tells me all is fine. I have been chatting with their whatsapp support, but they tell me that i can use my data. At the airport with wifi all was fine, until i got on shuttle. From that moment on i don’t have any internet connection. So far i am extremely u happy with the service.

Horrible experience
I’m on holidays. I have been more than 8 hours without any support at all to understand why my eSIM isn’t working properly. I have to be find free WiFi like crazy because I am unable to connect with my network. This is my first time using it and I am already regretting it
