Didn’t work and they are being difficult with refunds
The eSIM did not work in Europe, which is OK just refund me. But they’re making that difficult so don’t use this company. Airlo refund you if it doesn’t work and Saily worked for Europe

Don’t buy from the website
I spent $5 from their website first, got an invoice but couldn’t use it as eSIM and it’s not part of the balance…..??? I emailed them last week. Still no answer.

Would recommend this App to anyone who travels abroad . Easy to use and cheaper than any providers out there . Customer service is outstanding.
Worked and stopped
Bought 1 month regional Asian card and only worked in Korea. Fried to Vietnam and it does not work. I can not take Grab to go to places as no internet.
Same issue when I was in Paris last year when came from Italy. Imagine you are in France and tried to buy bus ticket while people rarely speaks English.
Help is useless as they keep sending you the instruction.

Confusing price
Cant understand pricing.
Good customer service
Installation and activation were straightforward and very easy. Prices are reasonable too. About one month after my purchase, my eSIM account got automatic top-up for $30 and charged my credit card which I have never authorized for this. So I WhatsApp the company (you can easily find WhatsApp from the eSIM APP). The agent helped me reversed the transaction right away. I am happy with this process although I was not impressed at the first place. I would use their eSIM again.
