Worst cancel policy
They gave away my food to someone else and then ended up ignoring my complaint for two hours and then they cancelled it without my permission and said they would refund my money but haven’t don’t that. I’m uninstalling the app and never using their service.
Poor service
I’m very disappointed with Beu Delivery’s service. Orders take far too long to arrive, communication is poor, and customer support is not helpful when issues come up. What’s even more frustrating is that orders sometimes get cancelled after waiting for long hours, with no compensation or proper explanation provided. The app promises convenience, but the actual experience is unreliable and stressful. Definitely needs major improvement in both service quality and customer care.

App is Unstable!!
Even though your service is relatively good. Your app is just unusable. Every time there is a new issue. Do you even have QA team its very very frustrating.
1- the app doesn’t load on initial load, i have to refresh it every time
2- putting order in the confirmation button is unresponsive, it used to work but not working starting today (April 3rd)

Laggy, their discount absolutely garbage I don’t even get how they give you discounts when you level up but you can’t use it I hate how slow they’re tele birr payment is

Its ironic how they promo code or any free delivery or any of the discount that you win by getting gold level or diamond level never ever ever works. I don’t know if they dont want you to get those access or if they just have a badly implemented app. And there are specific screens where the go back icon on top doesn’t work, it doesn’t go anywhere you are stack and for me I close app and turn it on again cause I am young, but for the people that have no tech experience or the older audience imagine how they can be confused. Like don’t you have testers that tests this app before its live like how do you not test everything to make sure the full experience???

*Extremely disappointing experience!** I placed an order and paid via Telebirr, only to be **double-charged due to a system error**. Customer service admitted the mistake and promised a refund—but the next day, the same order was somehow re-sent for delivery! When I complained, their first "solution" was to **ask me to accept both orders**—as if I should just pay double for their mistake! I reluctantly agreed to take one order, but **they still haven’t refunded me**, days later. No apology. No urgency. No respect for the customer.

🚫 Worst Delivery Experience — Stay Away from BeuDelivery!
I placed an order through BeuDelivery, they charged me instantly, and the food never arrived. I tried reaching out to their support — and guess what? The line is either always busy, or when you finally get someone, they’re rude and dismissive. They refused to refund me even after multiple follow-ups.
This isn't a one-time issue. On the rare occasions food does arrive, it's often undercooked, overcooked, or smells like it's well past the expiration date. The portions? Tiny and misleading compared to the pictures in the app. Total scam energy.
This app has zero respect for customers and absolutely no quality control. If you value your time, money, and health — avoid BeuDelivery at all costs.

Delivery person don’t have delivery bag
Can’t place fasting and non fasting food in one order??
Love the app, I practically use it every other day, the drivers are mostly cool and delivery times as well as delivery prices are pretty fair but WHY can’t I add fasting and non fasting orders in one basket?? Is this a bug or a ‘feature’ lol
Plus, no respect for the “call on delivery feature”, I always get called right when the delivery people are picking up the food and not when they’ve arrived at location.

Dont Bother, WASTE of money
All their deliveries are done by bike and not by car and so it will take a long time to deliver your food. Bikers deliver with care but your food will come cold. For the price your paying, you’re better off getting a taxi and get the food yourself.
Unreliable Service and Unfair Refund Policy
I had a terrible experience with this app. They canceled my order twice and failed to refund the full amount, keeping the tips I paid. This feels like theft, if the service wasn’t delivered, I should’ve received a full refund. Extremely disappointing and unacceptable.
Stop the time limitations
Why there is only 3 minutes to accept the order. What if i wanna change my mind and wanna order something else haaaaaa.
