Very late delivery
Food arrived almost 2 hours late this is the third time it’s happened. Very disappointing. I contacted customer support, but the operator didn’t follow up or even bother to check properly. I’ll probably stop using this app if this continues. The food was cold

The app is full of bugs. It actually showed me 450,000 birr just for a Pepsi and they did end up sending a USSD request through telebirr for that amount. It shouldn’t even be allowed to be on the AppStore to be honest.
Long delay
Worst delivery service the food took 2 hours to arrive just stick to Beu delivery or other delivery services
Not there yet
The Zmall app is trying to get into the space similar to Uber Eats and it falls short in so many ways. Firstly, they all lacks any real pictures of 80% items people are looking for. Secondly, the stores on the platform do a poor job updating products on their list; several times already, I’ve order and immediately called by the store with either missing items or telling me their not able to fulfill my order. I can keep going on so many issues, but I’ll leave it at the fact it’s just not there yet.
