God Awful
They must pay for fake 5 star reviews because this is the 3rd time I’ve used this app and I’ve experienced every other one star reviews response. Literally every time I use it my order is late, the first time my order was stolen (not their fault but just annoying), and this time as soon as my order was “received” by the driver the entire conveniently crashed due to a “server error” and I cannot use it at all. Please for the love of God fix your app or shut down. 🤦♂️

terrible app
This app is truly atrociously designed it’s seems like it’s ran by a elderly man with dementia. I’m not convinced George bush senior wasn’t wheeled from his intensive care nursing home to be the lead developer. Ordered probably 20 times and I have to enter all my information every single time. I can put my order in and think about a different kind of food and the app will delete everything I had saved. This might be a money laundering scheme. I’m stuck calling or using this app to order my Chinese food. And I haven’t called to order food in 10 years and this app single handedly forced me to go back to 2008 like some kind of Neanderthal and call them directly.

Fraudulent Service
I went to the website of a local business and placed an order at 10am. I requested it be delivered at 12 PM. I received a confirmation from Beyond Menu that this order would be delivered at 12:15 PM. There was no indication along the way that I was leaving the local businesses website and going to Beyond Menu By 12:45pm the order still hadn’t arrived so I called the restaurant and they had no record of my order. When I called BeyondMenu, they said they sent it to the restaurant and they didn’t know why they didn’t receive it. The restaurant had no record of it and no one called me. Refunding my money for this order is not sufficient because my entire team had to eat their lunch an hour and a half late meaning the favor I was trying to do for them ended up being a major problem. This is a fraudulent business and should be shut down by the Better Business Bureau.

Terrible tracking!
If you’re using this app, you likely got forced to download it to check the delivery status or tracking order from a restaurant. It’s terrible. What a shame.
Order was very late
I used this for the first time and my order was late by almost 45 minutes. If you want food on time never use this app. You just go and pick it up from the restaurant

I’ve never had an issue with this app until the latest update. It keeps freezing and crashing. Sometimes you just have to be simple and do it right.
Order not delivered
My order was delivered to the wrong address and it was 45 minutes late. No one told me this happened until I called to ask where my food was. That’s when they said it was delivered to the wrong address.

I was directed towards the app by a local carry out spot I liked. Will always prefer to support local business on their preferred platforms instead of massive corporations taking excessive fees per order.
