Love the many options and discounts from this site. I’ve been a member for over four years and have not been disappointed yet!
Hard to use
This app is not super user friendly. It’s hard to find what you are looking for. It is also hard to redeem rewards. It’s like going on a goose chase to do anything. This is why I don’t use it often or order from here.
Great Service
Beyond Polish has always been prompt in getting my orders to me in great condition.

It is easy to order just what you want and the order gets here quickly!!
Filter Sold Outs
This app would be great if you could filter sold out items. It’s pretty useless.

I’m so happy to have the Beyond Polish app on my phone! It makes ordering really quick along with the added bonus of free shipping on orders over $45. Ten out of ten would recommend!!
Discount
Once 1 discount is applied, you can’t change it unless you remove all the items in your cart. Frustrating!!!! Also hard to find what you are looking for!

SO GLITCHY
1) It does not have everything on the website on the app
2) Your shopping cart does not sync across platforms
3) Apple Pay does not work (stuck on processing while trying to charge an incorrect amount)
4) Student discount does not actually apply (supposed to be 10% off and i got one dollar off???)
5) The products are not actually organized into various categories they showed (e.g., gel tips showing up under gel polish)

Horrible App
This app is so incredibly cumbersome to use. Your wishlist doesn't transfer from the website to the app, there is no search, the filters do not work and you can't read reviews on the app. It looks nice but that is about the only redeeming quality. I'll stick to the website.

Glitchy
Only have this for the app-only shipping discount. Doesn’t sync with online cart. Filters on searches don’t work. Tedious. I browse on the site and use app to add to cart. Uggghhh…
Company shady.
Placed an order and a week later it still hasn’t shipped.
Won’t honor Free Shipping
I downloaded the app because on the website it stated all orders over $45 would be free shipping. I don’t want to make larger orders just to avoid paying shipping, so I download the app, get my order of $58 together, and the app is still trying to tack on 12$ of shipping. 🥹 no thanks.

*** Update: i’m about 70% sure the positive reviews are bots, meant to be positive advertising for the company. Don’t get me wrong, beyond polish has been great so far, but this app is severely lacking.*** Hello, I have been using this app for about 2 to 3 days, and I’ve noticed there’s a few things off about the search which completely ruin the experience for me. So much so, that I feel anyone saying this app makes shopping easier is lying. Online you can refine your search by brands, colored, out of stock versus in stock, etc.; the app you have to wade through a mess of products that are mixed together with your search results. If I search gel polish from a particular brand, for a particular color… Why do I have to go through the motions of scrolling through the Mani/Pedi kits and tools, along with everything on the site. Why does it show up in a refined search. Also, the search results on the app does that idiotic thing where you can’t refine your results and sort your results for some reason the developers of this app thought it was a horrible idea for someone to order their search results from low to high prices. I don’t consider myself a hard person to please. The least I ask for is moderate sufficiency

Constant crashing.
So I was using the browser for quite sometime & I had a log-in & of course, a wishlist.
The APP: you log in, but the wishlist isn’t the same from the browser. You would have to go back & try to manually copy the browsers wishlist.
The browser shows customer reviews, but the APP doesn’t. Constant crashing. I’m pretty over it. You’d think the app would be easier to browse, but I guess not, so I deleted the app. The browser is way better.

I used to buy from the website but I love how convenience it is now that Beyond Polish has an app! I can order when I’m at work now. I really love the sleek design. 🙌🙌🙌
