Not working
My app won’t open! I get to what looks like the welcome or loading screen and I can’t get any farther. I even deleted and reinstalled and still having the same problem. I’ve clicked all over, swiped, anything i can think of. Please fix so I can update my review!
Unusable
So, I’ve downloaded the app and I’m not exactly sure how others are able to use it as all I get when I open the app is just some girl holding a bottle of dip powder. NOTHING else comes up. What the hey?! I mean for real.
Live the product
I love the product I just wish the app would load past the main loading page of the pretty lady. I have no idea how to rate the app because it will not load no matter what I do…
Major issues
This company has no products and no supplier will not issue refunds because they have no money as per an email they sent if you are waiting for an unfulfilled order file a chargeback with your payment method asap if you wait you may have no recourse .
Rossi nail dip app works like a charm!
I have placed orders through the Rossi app and find it so easy to use, plus it keeps track of my past purchases and rewards summary as well. I can easily find all the new products and it is so much easier than having to open a browser! Highly recommend!!!!
