Could not redeem discount because of delays & lack of info!

Downloaded the app to get 15% off — looked everywhere for where this promo code was to redeem it. I looked on the website, I googled, I waited to see if something would come up at checkout. I didn’t get a notification for the promo code until after I decided to hit purchase. Very frustrating! Love this brand but immediately deleting the app and just purchasing from the website next time.
