Could not redeem discount because of delays & lack of info!
Downloaded the app to get 15% off — looked everywhere for where this promo code was to redeem it. I looked on the website, I googled, I waited to see if something would come up at checkout. I didn’t get a notification for the promo code until after I decided to hit purchase. Very frustrating! Love this brand but immediately deleting the app and just purchasing from the website next time.

Doesn’t work
I’ve used this app thousands of times. All of a sudden it won’t open and it’s stuck on the welcome screen. Please help.
Love it but not Canadian user friendly
The app seems great if you’re from the US. You’re not able to connect your account if you’re from Canada… but you’re able to download the app and see all the discounts that you won’t be able to get access to… very unfortunate because I loveeee the brand

Didn’t get my package and no one helped. It’s been months. They will write emails but no real results
Buggy pointless app
Why do you need an app to purchase luggage? The only reason is to get the APP15 discount. But the app is buggy and shows you incorrectly qualifying for free shipping when they still charge you. Contacted support and they said “sorry you were confused”. Oh and during check out it constantly reselected “subscribe to marketing emails”. Shady

I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience. The BÉIS app and these “timed deals” make shopping unnecessarily complicated and frustrating. I reached out for assistance while a promotion was still active, only to be met with rigid policies and no flexibility. Instead of rewarding loyal customers, these time-sensitive discounts and app-exclusive offers create confusion and a poor customer experience. Shopping should be enjoyable, not a source of stress and disappointment. This experience has definitely made me think twice about ordering from BÉIS again.
