Works when it does
Not a bad app, but every time it updates, it makes you re enter your password, which is something you have to do on a browser and can’t be completed through the app, even if you have Face ID set up it doesn’t remember it. Also, won’t let you in unless you update the app.
Rewards Locked
I’ve been getting more active, drinking more water, getting more sleep, and eating healthier to obtain rewards I can redeem. Well, for the last month, I’ve got nearly $100 in rewards to redeem, but the “Redeem” button has just disappeared and customer service don’t know when it’s coming back. Seems like their holding peoples rewards hostage without any explanation.

Not reliable
My in progress activities are different on the website than they are on the app. I can’t get the app to open all the time. It’s highly unreliable.
Glitchy and not really user friendly
Both the website and the app glitch a lot and make it hard to track goals and progress when doing an incentive program. If you miss a day, it doesn't tell you, you have to dig around and figure it out, and you can't click on the day to go directly to it to track. You have to manually click back over and over until you get to the day. Annoying.

Missing key health device tracker
BeyondWell has a lot of potential but is currently not compatible either devices from Amazfit. The Helio Strap tracks a lot of great health points but the only way to get it attached to BeyondWell is through Apple health app and it just doesn’t track steps.
Extra incentives
Love beyond well, done it for 3 or 4 years. It’s helped me live a healthier lifestyle. The walking incentive is nice although I have 3 herding dogs they too play a big part in no excessive chair time. The only con I’ve found is not enough information or assistance with the quit smoking program.

Circles…
I would like to add on a health tracker device (my watch) so I can get credit for my steps. Choose my settings, go to ‘devices’ and it asks your permission for initials on an agreement, which I do, then it has a drop down menu which you can select your CONNECTED device, no where on the internet or app can you connect a device. Round and round I go. Try another way, it takes you to a different website, which you create an account for, then says ‘direct login from webpage not allowed’ WHAT?! Not worth wasting my time and getting more stressed to ‘become healthy’ to get my $125/ year…..

Doesn’t work
Just downloaded the app and it won’t allow access though I can access my account via website without issues.
Used to work
Last year it worked just fine with the normal glitches it has always had. Now I click complete health assessment and it just shows a blank screen. Please fix, I would love to complete the activities.
Glitchy
This app is super glitchy. It often won’t open for weeks at a time, the screen greyed out and frozen. Same happens on my husband’s device.

Completely stopped working!
Worked fine for over a year. Suddenly said there was a problem logging in. Can get into the app on the website but phone app has stopped working. Tried deleting app & re-downloading from the Apple store. Tried changing my password online. Now it says can’t find the server. Grrrrr!!!

App is still glitching
The application has been updated and is still glitchy and have not been able to open the application for the last week.
App won’t open
App starts to open then closes immediately. Tried deleting and reinstalling but that made no difference. I have an iPhone 13 with up to date iOS installed. Very frustrating.
Awful
Seems like there are constant new versions but they are all terrible. The rewards incentives are almost impossible to get to synchronize with a device.
Can’t connect to server host
I have installed this app in my iPhone 13 Pro several times and it will not let me log into the app. This is completely a waste of time trying to use on iPhone.
