Not sure what happened but now there’s no search option? Just endlessly scrolling posts is not helpful and basically renders this app completely useless.
Useless to Canada
Cannot register country or phone number credentials. Please get this fixed, I am not the only one who is having issues!
Sucks- from a Canadian
If you manage to get past the super buggy screen of telling them where u are located, if you are Canadian they will say the phone number you have is phony.
Technical issues
Whenever I try to sign up it gets stuck on the verification code page. I’ve tried multiple times and it just keeps loading. Was really hoping to try this app :(
App won’t accept Canadian Phone Numbers
I cannot even set up an account as their two party verification does not accept my Canadian phone number.

Super glitchy, from the scroll wheel, to putting your phone number in and it just crashes, need to seriously fix the bugs,

OK, so here’s the deal……
Getting VERY frustrated in trying to just set up my account due to problems with the app. I tried reporting the problem from the App Store but that reporting process didn’t work because it would not allow me to select the product because my account creation process in the app could not be completed.
Hopefully the developer will see the bad review, read it and try to fix the problem.
Two complaints about this app.
The country selection scroll doesn’t work properly on an iPhone so I had a REALLY difficult time picking my country. It wouldn’t properly…. As soon as I tried it would immediately select whatever was showing on the screen. Not a show stopper because I finally was able to get where I needed to be and select…. But it took 20-30 attempts. Not impressed.
The problem that stopped me in my tracks is when it wants to text me a 6 digit 2-factor identification code to my phone. I entered my phone number, however it immediately pops up an error and a stupid joke (hahaha) saying that my number is a VOIP which cannot be used. Where you get the idea that this is a VOIP is beyond me. This is NOT a VOIP number, it is attached to my cell phone carrier. I also tried another cell number and had the same problem. I was going to put in my landline but that wouldn’t work because, you know, it’s a land line which won’t receive a text!!
So, as much as I’d like to be able to use this app, I cannot because I’m unable to complete the setup!! Because I can’t complete the setup I cannot report the problem through the App Store which would then notify the developer.
In my opinion, a flawed app.
I’ll just have to wait….. check back one day to see if this ever gets resolved.

Can’t get into the app
I joined but it keeps saying my password is wrong, and there is no “forgot password” option. I tried to join with a different email and it wouldn’t let me verify with the same cell #.
Buggy
I haven’t been able to “like” any posts since the most recent update. I also have not received any in app notifications. -~-~ -~-~ -~-~ -~-~ -~-~ -~-~ -~-~ -~-~ -~-~ I love the idea of the app. It seems less regulated than it used to be. I see a lot of IBS comments; these are different conditions which is a big misunderstanding. These used to get a gentle reminder that this is an IBD group app. I would like if there was a user clause about spamming. I’ve seen a lot of posts constantly promoting the same “dr product line” when it’s not applicable to the original user’s comment.

Bad advice with no moderation
Lots of people giving bad medical advice and wrong information with nobody monitoring this. Just one example: somebody told someone who didn’t want another scope right away that doctors won’t give you one unless it’s been two years since your last. Not only is that wrong, it makes no sense at all. Why aren’t you people monitoring this??? Someone is going to end up in the hospital or worse listening to clueless people

I’m so so happy I’ve finally found my community I’m 28 living with CD and I live in a small town and it gotten very lonely and isolated, I emailed my doctor and he referred me to the website and it’s there I found this beautiful app it has changed my life by having a community

I’ve been trying to sign-up for a while with no luck. I tried by email and by Facebook account, nothing worked. I get a msg “unable to refresh token”!??
New diagnosis
Do I take steroids for the Crohn’s? The doctor has recommended them but I’m reluctant to take them. Any help or experience with steroids???? Help if you can. Thanks

Needs to support FaceID
App forgets email and pwd used to login, which is inconvenient. Should support FaceID to remember those as other apps.

Finally I don’t feel so alone
I have lymphocytic colitis which if your googling it you can see there isn’t a lot of info for it. Or how to live with that type of IBD. One day I stumbled across this app which since it helps me everyday. I learn new stuff to help me get through the day.
