Terrible app, Bft do better especially the drivers, they purposely don’t answer calls, And it constantly bugs out about “not being able” to find a driver. 0/10 Via was a way better app. this **** is horrible.
Terrible
The app never works anymore. You can’t ever get a via. Where I live there is no bus so I have to rely on via and I’m constantly missing important things because it always says tap to retry.
App is useless now
I used to use the Via app to get direct rides from here to there, but now that it's BFT Connect, it ONLY ever tells me to use the bus, which i would do with the far superior Transit app if I did. I called customer support but all they said was to delete and reinstall the app, which I have done multiple times and nothing has changed. My payment method is set to card, which you CANNOT use to ride the bus, so that's not the problem either. If all the app is now is a worse version of the Transit app, I have now reason to use it. FIX YOUR STUPID APP!!!!

Stressful to even have to use.
I rely on this app but it literally always gives me issues. The app is somehow always in high demand. I’ve cried so many tears and had so many panic attacks being stranded places, I’ve even missed many appointments thanks to this app. I’ve called the help twice and both times they said “they can’t do anything about it because they work for the bus,not the connect”.
I am disabled and can’t walk around my neighborhood, the walk would be 40 minutes if I walked to the bus station. I literally call an hour early every time and they still find ways to not make it on time or constantly say”no available drivers” till I actually miss my appointments. I only gave 2 stars because your drivers are so kind and sweet and I appreciate them only. You need to hire more people to drive, I should not have ever had to miss so many things in my life when I call an hour early. It’s a curse to have to rely on this app, this app is my main push to work harder to get my own license.

I use the connect everyday to get home, to get to school, and other places but for some reason the app isn’t working or they changed their boundaries
New to BFT Connect
I had a warm vehicle and a friendly greeting to welcome me. My first ride went well, and the first time I used the app, it was easy and straightforward. Maps available with the zones inside of the app would be useful for planning.

Grateful Truck Driver
As a truck driver that lives in Richland, but has to park his truck in King city this is a godsend. An Uber can cost up to $50 just to ride from Pasco to Richland and and a $22 ride from King city to the transfer station in Pasco, this service cost $1.50 just to get to the transfer station on 22nd St. what an incredible Service. now I don’t have to inconvenience my daughter to come pick me up or waste money with an Uber. I think you guys from the bottom of my heart and I hope that everybody uses this so it won’t go away. I don’t know who is making these negative reviews. My guess it’s the local cab companies in Uber drivers that are ripping us off. Great job Bft for looking out for the people of the Tri-Cities.

This app is TRASH!! Not even worth half a star if I could give it one. Anyways I enter a pick up or drop off location and I keep getting an “out of zone location”
