No reply on prescription
I had a disappointing experience with this app. I submitted a prescription, but there was no response or update from their team. This lack of communication made the service unreliable for me. I hope they improve their responsiveness in the future.

Uploaded my prescription 4 days before still waiting for quotation from their expert. No of messages sent on WhatsApp, still no results. You can estimate now how is the functionality of app.
