Missing feature

There's no option of update balance how does the balance reflect on the card wallet

Dear Vincefern, We understand your concern regarding the balance update on the card wallet. Currently, the “Update Balance” feature is not available on iOS devices. However, you can use an AVM machine at the nearest metro station to update the balance. We have also shared your feedback with the concerned team for consideration in future updates.

Total scam

Loaded the card with balance but when tried to update it using EVM it is not updating and the person at metro station is also not able to update the balance.
It’s total scam, my biggest mistake was I purchased the card without reading reviews.
Total scam don’t fall for this scam guys.
The developer should look into this.
I am not getting any refund.

Update balance is not working on IOS

Update Balance is not present on IOS yet. I don’t see the point of visiting avm when the whole point of the card is contactless. Please look into this. Buying this card doesn’t make any sense otherwise.

Excellent Card

Been trying to find a good national mobility card in Bangalore ever since rbl one stopped working. Been very happy with the Bharat Yatra card. Especially since you can recharge through any UPI app.

You are wasting money in this

I top up this card with 1800 rs amount but it’s been 5 days now and after multiple follow-ups the issue is not resolved yet also the customer service is really poor.
One major issue which I faced is the online balance and the offline balance has a huge diffrence everytime which causes to recharge the card as per prefered amount.
Pathetic service seriously.
