It’s very strange that asking to upgrade the app and redirecting to App Store . In App Store still old version present . Versioning not handled and many customers facing this problem. Fix it quickly

Cant accept a upi mandate, because i am not able to login and when i entered the details its error pops saying virtual if already exist, useless app and bad service

Error in initial encryption handshake
What is the purpose of this app? After downloading the app as soon as we open getting the error. Please hire good application developers for building the application.

After a month getting my card to door.
Finally i got an opportunity to see an error message just opening this app.

Its not working , i am getting an error in starting

Downloading app
Opened an account in Karnataka bank and got a msg asking me to install the app and when I tried it keeps sending me error msg and I happen to have I phone and customer service is not helpful and the bank won’t pick up calls ..this is probably the worst service ever!!!
Doesn’t work
Perhaps it’s the Karnataka bank servers. I simply could not get it to work. Moreover while many other banks provide UPI access 24x7, it seems like Karnataka bank turns off its servers during nights and weekends. Setup initially worked and I was able to query bank balance. But I was never able to transfer money via UPI — be it through this app or via Google Pay. Also, Karnataka bank UPI does not work over Jio but works over WiFi. It seems that Karnataka bank does not have its act together with UPI and is behind times.

It asks for me to setup mpin for that I need to give debit card and pin details
