How to cancel Bible Verse Widget subscription ⁉️

User reviews

Subscription.

Trying to cancel. My mom has dementia and must have downloaded app. Please cancel. I will redo my rating when canceled. Thank you! Amy Schroeder

Response from developer

Thank you for taking care of this for your mom — that's a lot to carry on top of everything else. Write to a.support@airshow.dev with the email or name on the account, and we'll get it cancelled and look at any charges ourselves, so you don't have to chase it. Take care of her, and of yourself. — The Vitrail team

Very Soothing and relaxing.

Response from developer

Thank you — that's exactly what we hoped it would be. Glad it's a quiet place for you. — The Vitrail team

Unauth charge!

I keep getting charged for this!!

Response from developer

That's not how it should go, and we want to stop it. Tell us through Support in the app and we'll look at the charges ourselves and sort it out. — The Vitrail team

Why not Free!!

I was not aware that you would be automatically charged for a subscription. As soon as I seen the charge I immediately started to try canceling the subscription. It doesn’t give you an option to cancel. I would rather send a donation but not be forced into a subscription. Fix this!!

Response from developer

We're sorry, and the cancel trouble is on us — write to a.support@airshow.dev with the email or name on the account and we'll cancel it, look into the charge, and make up for it. On the price: God's Word itself is free, and we'd never sell it — the text is public domain and anyone can read it anywhere. What the subscription pays for is what we add around it: the narration with word-by-word highlighting, the daily meditations, the app, and the people who make it. Donations are a fair idea; for us, a subscription is simply what keeps it running. We understand it's not what everyone wants. — The Vitrail team

Can not cancel subscription that I never agreed to pay for.

I thought the app was free. I’m happy my bank keep blocking the payment. I would’ve never would’ve gotten the app if I would’ve known you had to pay for it. I was interested in the daily scriptures on Home Screen. Nowhere did it say it had to be paid for. I already have the bible on my phone for free.
