Whats the hold up on Westeen union
I have veen unable to access my western union funds through my app since yesterday and still today can not receive my funds without speaking to an agent , its is so inconvenient, I needed to get my funds last night and I now must wait for a virtual agent to contact me when they start working , whats is going on bidvest, the new app keeps giving me errors can not verify there and can not get my funds on my old app now , did u guys take an early xmas break???? please fix this problem … its the app its not western union I have spoken to them its the app .

Card pin
I’ve been trying to change card pin on the app with no luck from the day I received my card. Fix this bug, now I have money but cannot transact.
App upgrades and features
The app needs to be updated with more features like immediate payments functionality..as well as the app needs more enhancements. very restricted in terms of how you make payments.
App not opening
The app is not user friendly now is not opening
Technical issues
Fix technical problems I can’t login , your system has issues and you doing nothing about it and I tried to email you and you don’t reply…..this is not how you treat clients I wouldn’t encourage anyone to open an account with you
