I control my patio fan. You can open the app and see what the temperature is on the patio. Awesome feature way more accurate than any weather app. Do I want to got out and set on the patio? Let me check…I’ll put on a sweatshirt and be comfortable

The fans are great technology! Set Temperature and fans are automatic like furnace. Differently a great addition to HVAC. With ability to change direction with app you can make comfortable during any season. Love the look and features. They are a little pricey compared to competitors.

Helpful Summer & Winter
The fan and app work very well together, no issues. I wish the control for “ECO” was included within the features for scheduling. That way I could use ECO while we’re sleeping and won’t feel the faster breeze during winter.
Superb product
We are 18 months into our BAF journey and loving every minute of it. Having a fan that can move substantial amounts of air to both keep us cool and drive the insects away has turned our back porch into a year round usable space. We had no idea the fan could move so much air that the mosquitos stay away. Game changer for sure!

Had this fan over five years and appreciate all of the updates that they keep making to the software application for the management of the fan via Bluetooth and my smart phone

I expected the fans to be very high-quality and worked really well especially for the pretty big price tag…. But why didn’t expect is how simple the user interface would be for the app to control these fans!!! I have several of the haiku fans in my home and they are all worth every single penny and the fact that this app works flawlessly to control them is just absolutely mind blowing. A+ out of 10 definitely would recommend!!!

Great Fans
I have four of the Haiku fans in my house. They’ve been working perfectly for years. The extremely low power consumption is appreciated since I use solar panels and two batteries to power my house. The app is intuitive and easy to use. Have never had a glitch or a problem.
Huge UX Uplift
Have been using Haiku fans for years. The software layer is so much better and the one time I had an issue the customer service in Australia was awesome. If I had one wish, swap over my older fan wifi modules to the new ones that don’t need wifi bands under channel 10 and support homekit. I bought one but was $300 and don’t know how to swap it as no manual.

Ugh this is so annoying
I hate everything about our fan. The app doesn’t sync well, so the light turns on and off but the app just bounces back to off (even if the light stays on). It’s constantly telling me it can’t find my fan (internet doesn’t change). If the light goes higher than 70% it emits this terrible screeching sound (out of warranty because the previous owners bought it, tough luck). I really, really hate this fan and I really, really hate this app.

Best Fan
I’ve had several fans over the years and this by far is the best. I purchased two Haiku’s. Their minimalist style suited me just fine. For the do-it-your selfers they made it immensely easy to install. They cost a little more but they’re worth it. I’ve one little problem. I used the app to link the fan to my HVAC. The function doesn’t work. Would be nice if it did.

Love these haiku fans
Fans can be gentle and quiet and also powerful when needed. App works well. Able to integrate with Home Assistant and Apple Home. Auto mode works well. And they look great.
