Your airasia points balance is unaffected by this shift, and you can still find all your favourite deals, rewards, and features when you download/login to the airasia Super App. See you there!

Can’t log in

Use finger print and it spins. Enter email and password and it just stays in that page.

Normal browser logs in fine. Just app is messed up.

It’s frustrating to be getting emails reminders that your points are expiring. So you check the app, and the app doesn’t have any options for you to redeem. With 75,000 points there must be something available, seems to very buggy.

What happened?!

Latest update still doesn’t solve issue.

This current version of the app is a bust. Not formatted for an iPhone 6s. Can’t see the bottom; or advance forward; or do anything with it.
If not updated soon, will delete.

Dishonest AirAsia and Tony Fernandez

I hate AirAsia, their dishonest loyalty BigRewards and their unctuous CEO Tony Fernandez. You don't expire points earned by a customer within 6 months of earning. That is utterly dishonest. Shame on you Tony and AirAsia, one of the worst companies in South-East Asia and how they treat customers. Stay Away!!

Unable to press back button

Not sure what’s going on. Once you enter an offer page and trying to go back, the button does not work. iPhone 6S iOS13. Poorly designed app.
