No reward options shown
It’s frustrating to be getting emails reminders that your points are expiring. So you check the app, and the app doesn’t have any options for you to redeem. With 75,000 points there must be something available, seems to very buggy.
What happened?!
Latest update still doesn’t solve issue.
This current version of the app is a bust. Not formatted for an iPhone 6s. Can’t see the bottom; or advance forward; or do anything with it.

Dishonest AirAsia and Tony Fernandez
I hate AirAsia, their dishonest loyalty BigRewards and their unctuous CEO Tony Fernandez. You don't expire points earned by a customer within 6 months of earning. That is utterly dishonest. Shame on you Tony and AirAsia, one of the worst companies in South-East Asia and how they treat customers. Stay Away!!

Unable to press back button
Not sure what’s going on. Once you enter an offer page and trying to go back, the button does not work. iPhone 6S iOS13. Poorly designed app.

Nothing but endless error alerts
The app just pops endless “Error, the operation could not be completed. Please try again” alerts on launch. Incredibly bad user experience. Wow.

This app is not working on my iPad Pro IOS 11. It lets you enter your email and password then goes to a page that is an ERROR page.

One Time Use Only
You need to delete and reinstall everytime you want to use this app. Only works after fresh installation. On next usage, you will only get the forever loading page.

First time is good but when I try to re enter back into the app after swiping left, it takes forever to load.
