I don’t expect to run my store from an app, but this app has come a long way in just a year for reliability and speed. It’s great for quick checks to make sure things are healthy and quick order checking.

Love the app to look at certain things
Love the app to look at certain reports and orders. Trying to place an order through the app isn’t the best. Would love to use it when we do trade shows when we aren’t using our square for items we don’t have with us other than going through the website on the iPad.

I tried to use it summer 2024 and it would randomly crash as well as not refresh analytics and orders. I’d have to kill the app and relaunch to get it to actually update. So, now it’s Oct 2025 and I saw a couple good reviews and gave it another shot… NOPE. I can’t even log in, when I submit my 100% for sure correct credentials I get “something went wrong”, telling me NOTHING about what the problem is. Do you even have a QA? What a joke.
