Issues removing expired Default Card
I have a card that is expired that I was trying to remove & the app won’t let me delete it & unmark it as the default card. Please update your app.

It’s like it was made by someone who hated the idea of you ordering food and drink at Biggby
Lots of small things
Sometimes a store will randomly be closed on the app but is open in person. The worst thing is being unable to redeem rewards from the app for to go orders.
App sucks
App sucks! You try to place an order through the app and it won’t allow you to continue to payment. So I ordered when I got there and the amount was different. Guess through the app they have sales but not the individual stores.

Needs a place to put in coupon codes and a way to keep favorite location default selected
Rewards?
The fact that you earn rewards in the app, but they don’t allow you to use your “free drink” rewards in the app is BIGGBY LAME. In store use only… like I want to go order in person?
Good coffee, terrible app
The old app was bad but this new one barely works. Please fix.
Can't log in
I created an account, activated it too and downloaded the app. When I open the app and click on log in, I write in my email and password and click the log in button, a window pops up which says to download the app. It is downloaded, I try to log in from it. It is a loop, please fix it!
Update: After more than a month I still can't log in.

Won’t save info
Trying to add info to my profile and once I hit “save”,
it tells me it’s saved, but then when I leave the page and return to my profile, all the info is gone. (I’ve had this app for over 6-7 years and STILL haven’t been able to get app to reward me my Bday drink.)
Also, it would be nice to have the full menu on the app.

App not great
The new app is awful. Favorite locations and drinks do not save. The full menu isn’t in the app (not location accurate either). The shown links, for new drinks as an example, take you to something completely different. It’s almost impossible to find the product that’s advertised on the main screen.
Overall it’s unorganized, inaccurate, and glitchy.

Would love to be able to order multiple syrups with a custom order. Otherwise works well!

New AI Update
The app is okay, not the most user friendly, but usable.
Why did we have to use AI to add little pictures of animated drinks? It is unnecessary and a waste of time, money, resources, and water.

Can’t log in
It’s sending me on an endless cycle of resetting my password. Useless app until something gets fixed.
App developer is garbage
This app is the minimum viable product- it orders coffee but has issues/bugs.
It doesn’t save favorites after you close out of the app (maddening) or save any customizations you saved - so you have to reselect everything every time.
Also, when the app updated, they removed the 12 ounce drink feature - even though you can still get it in stores! I don’t want a 16oz flat white!!

No coupons
Great app, but disappointed I am not utilize coupons when ordering via the app.

Can’t even log in. It redirects to “download mobile app”

Can’t login to the app, takes me out of the app to login, when I do it asks me to download the app. It’s a never ending loop. Deleted it after trying several times over a few days

When I login to the app it opens a browser window and lets me login but never logs into the app.
