Can't log in
I created an account, activated it too and downloaded the app. When I open the app and click on log in, I write in my email and password and click the log in button, a window pops up which says to download the app. It is downloaded, I try to log in from it. It is a loop, please fix it!
Update: After more than a month I still can't log in.

Won’t save info
Trying to add info to my profile and once I hit “save”,
it tells me it’s saved, but then when I leave the page and return to my profile, all the info is gone. (I’ve had this app for over 6-7 years and STILL haven’t been able to get app to reward me my Bday drink.)
Also, it would be nice to have the full menu on the app.

App not great
The new app is awful. Favorite locations and drinks do not save. The full menu isn’t in the app (not location accurate either). The shown links, for new drinks as an example, take you to something completely different. It’s almost impossible to find the product that’s advertised on the main screen.
Overall it’s unorganized, inaccurate, and glitchy.

Would love to be able to order multiple syrups with a custom order. Otherwise works well!

The app is okay, not the most user friendly, but usable.
Why did we have to use AI to add little pictures of animated drinks? It is unnecessary and a waste of time, money, resources, and water.

Can’t log in
It’s sending me on an endless cycle of resetting my password. Useless app until something gets fixed.
App developer is garbage
This app is the minimum viable product- it orders coffee but has issues/bugs.
It doesn’t save favorites after you close out of the app (maddening) or save any customizations you saved - so you have to reselect everything every time.
Also, when the app updated, they removed the 12 ounce drink feature - even though you can still get it in stores! I don’t want a 16oz flat white!!

No coupons
Great app, but disappointed I am not utilize coupons when ordering via the app.

Can’t login to the app, takes me out of the app to login, when I do it asks me to download the app. It’s a never ending loop. Deleted it after trying several times over a few days

When I login to the app it opens a browser window and lets me login but never logs into the app.
Doesn’t work
I downloaded the app, set up account and accepted the account with emailed link. When I log into app, it opens the App Store as if the app is not on my phone. You can go in circles doing this all day. Have deleted the app and reinstalled. Same problem. Guess I’ll go to Starbucks.
Stuck in a loop
I try to login to my account, tells me to download the app (I’m in the app already) and when I close out the pop up I’m back to the login screen.

the app won’t let me log in even though i’ve had an account for well over a year….. like just let me use the website??? how am i supposed to scan for points if i can’t access my account at all???
Endless loop preventing login
This app endless loops me between the website and app. The app directs me to the website, and the website directs me back to the app. Until this is fixed, I cannot login or use my account.
Unusable App
To sign in, the app launches a browser within the app to complete the login. Once logged in, it tells you to download the Biggby app (that you’re already using!!!!). Trying it multiple times does not work. There is no way around it. The app is unusable at this time.
Log In Issues.
I was unable to log in at all. It takes me to the browser to log in then tells me to download and go to the app, so I go to the app, which takes me to the browser again and just never actually lets me log in and see anything. I get stuck on the log in page. The only way I can see anything is if I continue as a guest. But I’m bummed because I was trying to claim my Biggby Birthday drink but I can’t because of the issues.

Log-in not working
I downloaded the app because the website indicated it will be required in the future. Can’t even log-in. Like others are experiencing, the app opens a web browser which then takes you download the app. They do not sync and you simply can’t log in. Based on the reviews over the last few years, this app leaves much to be desired and I have little faith it will be a decent app anytime soon.
