Unclear who this app is for or why it exists
I run webinars through BigMarker for my work. I downloaded this to see if it would be helpful.
I can’t even log in! It tells me “this email is not registered for this conference”.
Well, I am registered. For multiple BigMarker events. And I am hosting BigMarker events. So if I can’t log in, who can? Be nice if I could direct my attendees to an app that could help them. This isn’t that, either.
Doesn’t BigMarker have a general app? I thought that’s what this was. So, if that isn’t what this app is, then what conference or for what purpose is this app even supposed to be used for?
