Service is not resuming immediately
Unable to get the power back after paying the bill taking more than an hour to resume the service. No customer support.

Extremely frustrating experience. The Bihar Bijli Smart Meter app is completely unreliable. The balance doesn’t get updated even after multiple recharges, and the refresh option seems to do nothing at all. I’m constantly left guessing how much balance I actually have, which defeats the entire purpose of a smart meter system. The app freezes often, and the interface is not user-friendly. For something as essential as electricity, this level of inefficiency is unacceptable. If you can’t make a good app just remove the smart meter and put the old ones.

My view
Many a times the app keeps on searching for its server to open itself despite having a excellent network.
The meter reading is purely on the basis of past track record. When there is no one at home still the usage is the same as it was last month.
Not me but many of us feel we are being fooled by this smart meter.
There is a hidden interest in meter reading mechanism of this smart meter.
We are the common public therefore being fooled by everyone is in our forte

Very smooth and easy to monitor . Doing well

Generally it works well but there are periods when you can’t login for 5-10 days and suddenly your balance becomes negative. Also this app doesn’t work outside India. There are many people living in India who can’t use technology. They don’t understand how to use this app. In such circumstances, their children who are living outside India can’t pay their bills as the app doesn’t work outside India
