You cant do nothing with this app at all, I used to install in other phone the app and there they charged me like multiple times 1€ fee for cc adding to app. After adding an error message displayd and money gone. Thisbis useless

Bugs, critical bugs
What a badly made app. They keep disconnecting me. I re enter my phone for SMS verification and it says SMS does not work. Now my scooter is being billed by the minute with no way to cancel it. Scam tactics or incompetence.

Blocked from onboarding by bug
I tried to sign up, but can’t even with a valid Turkish number. The error message I get after entering the number is that it’s in the incorrect format even though it’s the standard 5XX-XXX-XX XX

Cannot activate via sms in Turkey
In Turkey with a UK phone, have tried to activate via phone, WiFi and even my partners phone - but you never get the activation SMS code. Contacted support - nothing! Tried other scooters here and they use WhatsApp to verify the number- they work a charm! BinBin - get your act together. [edit] I found that BEAM scooters work fine in Antalya, don’t require any silly text messages etc to get going. Didn’t have my passport but out in my NI number and Beam worked!

Terrible support and hard to use
garbage. if you want a ride make sure to verify DAYS in advance. even after id and selfie verification it takes AGES to verify you, late at night i needed to order a bin bin and it took literal days to verify my id, genuinely a joke. if possible “beam” works better because the verification doesnt takes years

Can no longer use the scooters unless you have a Turkish mobile number!! Such a step back, tried to call and email them and got ignored.
Horrible
Every time this updates a new bug gets introduced. The latest one being that it completely erased what they called binpass, and even tho i had one active it kept charging me on my wallet. No response from the in app support no response when i email them, nothing.You cannot properly end rides.. the lates update was horrible..DONT DOWNLOAD!

Hello I am giving 1 I live in Northern Ireland and I was in turkey and I set up my BinBin now that I am back in Northern Ireland I put my number there +44 ########## and it sends the message but it doesn’t come to me like I paid …….. £1.50 off my account and I can’t log in bc of that stupid message can’t send it to +44 GB it’s so stupid I don’t recommend to anyone please don’t it won’t refund better scooter app is bolt it’s multi use and multi cash so it’s easy to use please I recommend bolt and PLEASE GIVE MY REFUND NOW BIN BIN

Unable to register
Visiting istanbul from uk. Using esim for internet. so don’t have turkish number. and it does not support text or whats app message confirmation to start registration process. unable to use.
Issue getting text
Looking forward to using the scooter, but both mine and my partner couldn’t get a text or WhatsApp to authenticate. Clearly an issue on BinBins side.

issues every time, Not recommended
every time you try to use a scooter there is an issue. it doesnt unlock, it doesnt work, etc but it still keeps charging you. One time While I was chatting with customer service for an issue (scooter was 41% charged but throttle did not respond and I couldn't end ride). They finally discontinued my ride but it drained my whole account while chatting and never got a refund.
