Changes
I’ve been trying to change the hours to the correct times thru the website and the app and it refuses to correct them. I would hate for a customer to stop by based on those wrong hours and we aren’t even open at that time. Please fix this or reach out to me and I’ll give you the correct information so you can correct it.

ETA Kept Changing
My ETA was set for 8:51pm today, after I checked ✅… it gave me a new future date again. How do they expect to get anything done when they keep disappointing us.
4+ stars? Really?
Not sure how you have received 4+ stars. I have been trying to update my address for the last seven years and you were promising me that you were going to send me a postcard to verify our address which I have never received at the last two locations with multiple request to you to do so. So, my address is still showing as wrong and I have no way to update it as my email address is no longer the same as when I registered. It was an old business account through Microsoft 365 that is no longer in use because I was able to purchase a.net address and away with my biz address how can this be resolved!?

No customer service
My business got rejected for some reason, won’t give me an explanation on why… despite my business being on google and Apple Maps…. Tried contacting customer service on the app, it just loads to a blank white screen..
App crashes on launch, iOS 16.2
App crashes upon launch, without the ability to interact with it. No wonder Bing isn’t being used — Microsoft, please update this app, if you’re serious about the search market!
No active updates/edits/features
My business on Bing shows up with very limited options/information, and no matter what information I update/apply, it doesn’t put it live in the actual listing/searches. I used the app, the browser - and even after I add/update the description (the longer 600-character ‘description’), in the searches it only shows a three word description and the same old information shows on search results.

Barely Used the App So Far, but Has So Far Been Useless
The app only displays and allows access to 50 of the businesses you manage, and the ones you can access on the app are arbitrarily selected by Bing, with no apparent way to edit the list of available businesses or even to access non-displayed businesses via a search function.
I initially downloaded the app to try and verify my association to a new business listing I had created, hoping to avoid waiting for a verification postcard to arrive (or to never arrive) in the mail. Bing on my desktop gave me the option to verify via the app, so I attempted to do so.
Unfortunately, seeing as how I was already administering 137 businesses on the service before even downloading the app, there was never even a chance of me verifying this new business listing on the app because it is not one of the 50 that Bing chose to display. Not to mention that the businesses that *are* available for me to edit on the app almost never need edits/updates because they are old, mostly unchanging listings.
Discovering that I won’t be able to manage via the app any new business listings I create from now on renders the app mostly useless to me. This is very unfortunate, and I’m not sure why the app's features are so prohibitively limited.
Surprising, since the Bing search engine has been such a universally loved, widely used success, much like Microsoft’s Edge browser! 😅 Kidding of course lol

Doesn't work
First app review I've made since I'm so upset and frustrated. The Bing Places app and web app ignores certain details and doesn't update the live listing correspondingly. For example, hours of operation are completely wrong on the listing even though I have the correct hours saved in the app for months now.

Garbage search engine and app
My business address is just fine on google. Apple Maps. Waze. NOT on bing. So stupid. My edits keep getting rejected.
Not very useful
Until you add place reviews like google does, you won’t be able to compete with them! Nobody says hmm, let me Bing that place—they say let me Google that. Get with it! Useless other than a plain old phone book really until then.

Can't easily control business content, they don't allow enough images.
Not mobile friendly
I try to use The app on my iPhone.
When clicking on a menu item I cannot see much of the screen at all. The menu blocks what I am trying to read.
It’s ironic because bing encourages websites be mobile friendly and have an easy to read, easy to navigate page. The app is impossible to use.

Somewhat good app
Needs some work because it keeps basically crashing on me right in the middle of putting info in. Tried several times without luck finishing the thing
Not enough interaction
Hi. We need to be able to make live posts like the google business page. Please do something to liven the Bing listings app up, there’s just no interaction between business owner and potential customers. Google definitely got this right with their business listings. Allow us to make posts to our listing, instead of just adding pictures, and their should be a review section not just imports from Yelp. What do potential customers want to see? Business owners that continuously update their page! Common Bing turn this app around.

Horrible experience with this app. Is my business published? Yes it is,but I’ve tried over and over to correct info on my site and got help in other areas but not the most important ones. Example.. carpet cleaning business,you should be able to type in “carpet cleaning near me”and find it at your office. You can actually type all kinds of variations of carpet cleaning and NOT find my business. When you do finally find it,I look under my listing and it shows all my other listings (FB,Yelp, etc.) all having exactly 2.5 stars. In reality I don’t have 2.5 stars anywhere on any site of mine,they all are 5 stars that I’ve worked hard for and am proud of. And lastly on Bing places every carpet cleaning business show their “yelp” reviews under their listings I’ve tried over and over to get my “yelp” reviews under my listing (I have 5 star reviews) with zero help or response via email.
Btw Google has all my correct info as well as easy to find my business. Thanks for nothing Bing!
