Terrible Security
Just opened the app to check the status of a flight and was presented with a full screen, fake “Your iPhone is 47% infested with viruses” message, complete with fake Home Screen background. Very poor.
Flights not loading
Can’t see any flights in either departures or Arrivals.
Tried updating and delete and download. Still broken. Have deleted APP and using the official BHX site. Shame!

Dreadful app
This has to be one of the most useless and irritating apps I’ve ever downloaded.
Firstly, there is an advert for a kids game which is almost impossible to get past.
Somehow I managed to get through to the app where there was no information about the flight other than the time (which I already knew because it was on my ticket).
No information about which gate to go to and if the gate was open.
I looked at other flights and they were the same too

It would be even better if there was more information (ie gate open, boarding etc)

The old app confirming Airport was free and 10 times better than this one they need to revert back to the old one
Would be useful if it wasn’t for the adverts for games
Takes to long for the game advert to clear, no option to close the ad so makes the app clumsy and frustrating to use.

Was using this app to check status of flight arriving from Marrakesh, just said “scheduled” I arrived at airport on time to meet flight only to discover flight is 1 hour and 20 minutes late, not happy as I’m now waiting until 2:30 in the morning and incurring heavy car parking fees of £30!! Thanks a lot!!! Don’t bother with this useless app
