Delivery charges

These guys make fool to their customers. I place a order by their app because there is no option for direct order. I placed order at their shop and pick up my order by myself. Still these guys put delivery charges to me. I cost my time and petrol too then why I pay delivery charges. Poor management.

West of time

This fools the customer. There's no respect for time. It takes 40 minutes to place an order, but it takes two hours to deliver. There's no response from customer support.

They can’t deliver

It happened to me 3 times in a row: placing the order and food be prepared as per the status shown but no one will pick it up to deliver, customer support can’t do anything. Your plans he ruined waiting for the food.

Pathetic service

Management is now become worst

In every startup once business is enter in good margin zone, management start loosing their focus on overall quality. This is same thing happened now with BBK. If you add coupon on Bbk app so their app will not work and just because of that time pass for trying multiple times for payment which is not happening and if it’s 11 PM you can’t place order but you can place Oder with other food delivery partner on higher rate with same kitchen. It’s great business idea.

Never delivers

My past 3 orders either went missing or weren’t delivered. Do not use this app, these people are irresponsible and useless. Make sure to use Swiggy or Zomato to order at least that allows you to retaliate

Worst service ever

Always takes more than 1.5 hours to deliver a 1/2 kg biryani . No cash on delivery options available and they take the money before hand so you have keep waiting for your meal forever
I ordered a biryani today at 12:30 and it has been forever but there is still no rider assigned to my order yet
Wouldn’t recommend ordering online in south Delhi area

Their service has gone down the gutter. Do not offer home delivery like they used to before. The food prices have increased but not their quality

Poor experience

In delhi, their centres are not able to decide which one is closest to your location- so while ordering factor additional half hour for their indecisiveness

Bad customer service!

BBK accepts the order over App, but they don’t have riders, so they can’t deliver! It takes almost 45 mins to 1 hour post food getting ready for pick up !Best is to order over Swiggy / Zomato or order something else! It happened twice already!

Biryani is great but user experience is not

Hi guys i love your biryani. But you guys should really think through the first impression.

The food costs same when ordered from your app or other food ordering platform.

Time taken is more.

And don’t even get me started on the coupons the first time coupon had some restrictions like min order amount.

The general order coupon had restriction that it can be used only by old user.

So for me being the first time user it was the worst if not for the biryani taste i would have rated 1 star.

Waste of money

Worst preparation n total waste of money...they provide 2 small pieces of chicken in half kg biryani... n they will call n provide you deals n the food they send in deals are even worst... so total screwing up ur money... over priced for the quantity m quality..

Biryanis are good but quality of service is a problem

The biryanis are definitely good. But any complaints are not entertained, I am sure even this feedback will be ignored but I am writing this for fellow users. The delivery person is handling multiple orders, so food comes late. Delivery tracking does not show whereabouts of delivery person.

Overall, Biryani by Kilo offers tasty food with superb masalas and excellent service. However, I've noticed a slight change in the texture and taste of the biryani and the freshness of the meat recently. If they can work on improving the quality of the meat, their services would be great again.
