Not able to add any payments
I have no meal plan and need to activate either bite pay or a credit card. The app fails to do both. As a comp sci student, I can't believe how bad this app is. Please do us a favor: fix the bugs related to payments asap. How are we supposed to order if we can't add any payment methods? What's even the purpose of a food-order app if you don't even let users pay? Have never seen a more frustrating app.

Absolute garbage
Sodexo you are mutually hated by our entire campus. I can’t even add my school meal plan to your app due to “decline invalid request” and before you even dare to ask. Yes my credentials are valid and correct. I could go on to so much about how terrible and how many lives you’ve inconvenienced. Can’t wait till we get rid of you guys

Okay when it works
UX is clunky and needs work, plus constant errors of server not responding when trying to load the ordering screen.
New update ruined the app
I cannot change my payment method at checkout anymore. When I try to click on another payment method I have saved, the app does not respond. I can’t switch the payment to my meal plan anymore since updating. The update broke and ruined the app which previously worked decently.

Doesn’t work
I’m not sure why Sodexo offers an app that doesn’t work. My payment is not accepted even though there is money in my account. I’ve worked with the local staff and they don’t understand why it doesn’t work.
awful app and company
it’s bad enough when the food at your school is awful due to Sodexo but when the app does not work an any regard it almost makes you wonder how this company is legit
Worst piece of software junk
Minimal effort given to fix the issues that customers have been having for years, often takes 20 minutes to order what you want due to crashes at my university. I’m surprised universities have not developed their own better versions of this lazily coded app. Good for a prototype of an app, but this is inappropriate for actual widespread use.

It's slow, laggy, glitchy, doesn't function half the time, options are misleading. Cant believe this is the standard for campus food servicing.
Doesn’t even open
Can’t even open your app to order some of your food. Unfortunately my school has sold itself out to Sodexo so I have no other options for eating at night. Not like I’m even that disappointed cause your food is borderline not suitable for human consumption. Screw you Sodexo I hope your company goes under

Don’t link Debit - Fees
Inactivity fees, account closure fees. If you don’t use the app they will charge you for inactivity. If you close the account they charge you 25 dollars. The fact that universities use this app as the only way to online order blows my mind. Wish I could give zero stars.

Why use the university’s own app that worked perfectly fine and was reliable. Sodexo comes along makes us download a completely different app that as the reviews say glitches and usually has the wrong menu items anyways. Would give zero stars
Unable to use the app
For some reason I’m having trouble getting it to work. I’ve deleted and reinstalled it several times but it still doesn’t work for me.
