CUSTOMER CARE IS CLUELESS AND LITERALLY NON-EXISTENT ON THIS APP. THEY ALWAYS HAVE NO CLUE ABOUT ISSUES CONCERNING THE APP AND ARE NEVER ABLE TO HELP. THEY START HAVING DOWNTIMES IMMEDIATELY YOU DEPOSIT MONEY AND THOSE TAKE FOREVER TO RESOLVE. IF YOU DON’T WISH TO SHED PREMIUM TEARS, DO NOT BOTHER DOWNLOADING! A WORD IS ENOUGH FOR THE WISE.

I received bitcoin through this app and I've been unable to send it out, I tried doing the verifications but it won't verify especially my number, it keeps saying my number is not verified. I texted the customer support, they still have nothing to do to it. My money is still stucked in this app I don't know what else to do

Worst app ever installed

Phone otp doesnt work, camera is blurry for kyc and kyc process gets completed wothout live face verification and then they email that verification could not be successful lol

I feel scammed by Bitnob”

I’m really disappointed with my experience on Bitnob. I deposited my Bitcoin into the app, but I’ve been unable to access or withdraw my funds. I tried verifying my account several times, but they kept saying my BVN doesn’t match my number, even though the information is correct. Their customer support has been slow and unhelpful — I still haven’t gotten a proper solution or my money back.

I trusted Bitnob because it looked legit, but right now, it feels like I’ve been scammed. If you’re thinking about using this app, be very careful and make sure you can actually withdraw your money before depositing anything see don’t even download this app

I tried to fund my account with local currency but few hours after I have sent the money and clicked confirm the transaction which is to be pending on the app transaction history disappeared and they tell me that they have no idea of it… I have sent them screenshots to prove myself but no response… it’s been about 15 hours now and no response… my money just disappeared 😭😭😭… Download this app at your own risk😭😔

Totally broken App

This app is just so stupid, the broken UI on card top up made me charge twice where I can’t even see the amount I input. This is just a scam and I think they purposefully broke the ui to charge the fraudulent fees. I would suggest you to stay away from this scam….

Very Disappointing Experience

Be aware of scammer! Bitnob campany may charge your card at any time without any reason. Additionally The most worst thing is cross border fee even for small $1 payment they will charge 0.5567 cent. Imagen if you pay big amount። 🥹
