Hello I'm yet to receive my money into my bank account why is it taking so long i have more coin to trade but scared to continue cause two transaction are still on hold till now and there's no customer care that as replied me yet i need a reply

Wow indeed Bitoshi is a great app, Today is the day i confirmed. I had issues with failed transaction. I was scared they might not refund the money after 48 working hours like they said. To my surprise in less than 24 hours my issue was resolved with the working days.

This bank has the worst network you can ever imagine, just recently they held my funds for three days and stop replying to their live chat messages, to top it all up the owner threatened and restricted me from they telegram channel for asking for assistance.

This is the worst app and it’s manage by greedy individuals. Infact I’ll probably say scam. Cause it’s whenever there’s an increase in market, they reduce their rate drastically so no difference on your balance. Because when you check oh the market had increased and you expect you money to. No they reduce their rate and you still keep loosing money to their app. Lost a lot already. Would not advise. Exodus is better.
