No QR code
First time trying to use the application to get loyalty points when purchasing failed due to the inability for the application to provide a QR code for me to use. Was told in store that the application does not work well with iPhone and there was nothing I could do.

Verification of loyalty program
I downloaded the app and tried to verify my phone number to link it to the loyalty program. I received the verification code, but when I returned to the app, the input field was greyed out and I couldn’t enter the code. I’ve tried several times over the past two weeks, but the issue persists. Please fix this problem.

Everything else works fine, but there is no way to get the app to stop sending you unwanted promos and annoying pings.

Unable to log in
Read that a cafe will be opening nearby, so signed up to give it a shot. Registered on the website - can log in OK. Same credentials in the app gives a “user not found” error……

I have a particular coffee I like to order each day. It takes 8 or 9 clicks just to do so. Please add an express lane process. Yes I know you have 10 outlets within a mile radius… but I’d like to reorder from the same place i did yesterday, and the day before that. You don’t need to ask me every single day about allergies. No i don’t want anything else. Yes, when i said i was going to pay with Apple Pay… I meant i wanted to pay with Apple Pay.

Flawed Concept
Nice idea but ordering on your phone while walking seems ill conceived in most cities: good way to get unlocked phone stolen or have other accident. If could use app with machine in store, to speed up ordering & adding rewards that would be great, but as not an option app remains unused.
I do like that Black Sheep open earlier than other cafes near my work & being able to order without queuing, so can grab a coffee and read before work, and just a shame never with the app so no rewards. Coffee not bad, however, nothing special and comparable to most decent coffee shops.

Rewards tab missing!
I got the app to join loyalty rewards. After I registered for an account and logged into the app, the rewards tab is gone! And there’s no barcode for me to scan or see my points or rewards!
