This driver picked up a random person, did not care that their name nor location did not match the booking. Zero stars. I adore so many of the drivers at blacktop. This is such a rookie mistake. Ask the name, and notice the address: very upset at the moment.

No Show - No Apologies
Booked a cab last night on the app and received a confirmation text as well as within the app. Never showed up in the morning and when I called they told me how it was my fault since I was out of their regular zone. Booking shouldn’t have been confirmed if this is the case. Now I missed my ferry.
