It’s very simple and easy to use.
After pairing my bank account and moving $40 to the app to pay for my meal, I learned only credit card transactions post immediately. I emailed them immediately to stop the bank transfer or get a refund as was flat out told “we don’t give refunds.” DO NOT use this confusing and misleading app unless you want to pay twice for your meal

Great time great food great establishment!
Love this app! I’m discovering so many of my favorite places are on here.
2nd week in a row I try to use the app in a coffee shop and was told it’s down. Buyer beware of loading any credits due to the inability to use them. High risk low reward.
I work in the restaurant industry and spend over $500 a month using this app, yet my account has been blocked. I sent an email but received no reply. Where is the security in this app? Please respond to my email.
Saving 3 dollars every two dinning out is not a big deal, but pushing challenges (X10 bonus) makes you save good money, like hundreds every 2-3 months
Amazing , easy to enjoy
I love Blackbird! Helps us find new restaurants and develop a stronger bond with those we love.
Bring back breakfast club, please
My bank account got charged rather than the app using my credits that I’d accumulated.
I got referred by a friend hoping to use the loyalty program but I cannot put any credit/debit card in. Disappointing how my friend can put in a card but I can’t.
Yet another way to exploit users, particularly hospitality workers, into earning currency that can be re-absorbed, without cause, back into the app, without the promised dining rewards. Users are encouraged to accrue credit (blackbird fly) and use it toward big ticket experiences, and then suspend your account when the bill comes, sticking you with the check and citing 'suspicious activity' which they will refuse to name when following up with contact support. You're giving your financial information to a company that will decide whether or not in the moment you can use it.

Used the app one time and was overcharged
App works fine and I’m getting a lot out of using it but every time I open the app it prompts me to write a review and rate the app. Have rated it, have clicked not now, have done everything to stop prompting me but it still continues. 2/5 for poor user experience EVERY time I open the app.
Great value with 10x back on preload. Got my status, a Maybach ride to my reservation and my dining has never been more accessible with all the challenges I use my FLY on!
It’s lit tysm
This is the best app that definitely gives back!
I was locked out of the account for five months. Went back-and-forth for months with their staff, and no one could help me. I finally had to change my phone number to my friends to get it to work. I wanted to check in every day at work but I couldn’t so I lost out on five months a check-in, which is $300 worth of points. When I contacted them, they gave me five dollars in return. They could’ve at least give me half of what that was worth considering they refused to help me. Also, they just changed the rules to where when you do industry check-in, and instead of a three dollar check-in it’s a one dollar how cheap.
