I waited for 45 minutes on the phone for technical help and no one answered the phone. I will send this thing back and cancel my test. I’m going to sleep. The screen keeps telling me to engage Bluetooth which is already on. Rhoda klayman. I’m done with this.

What a piece of junk. Spent money for nothing. Save your time and money. This device won’t connect to my I phone. Sending it back. I strongly don’t recommend.
Poor poor customer service and poor privacy policies
My wife’s doctor had this device sent to her. The app loaded but would not sync with the ring. After HOURS and many phone calls we returned the device. They sent another. The user agreement apparently says the app has to access to photos and other information on the phone in order to work. Really? Why? Again I called customer service and both “Tina” and “ Shara” assured us that the company would not use this information in “a bad way” the would not assure me it would not be sold or otherwise distributed. In fact, the user agreement talks about 3rd party use of information. Why not just collect only the biometric data required and share that with the doctor? I do believe Blackstone promulgates other information to third parties for profit. If not why collect anything not absolutely required for analysis by the doctor?

Great company
People who have dedicated their lives into providing data from your sleep cycles to a user friendly app and allowing my doctor to know how I sleep at night. Keep up the good work Blackstone.
SCAM COMPANY
I do not recommend this company I got whatever they wanted me to test my sleep with after sending it back no data did everything right then they tried to charge me again bc there was no data which I’m sure someone deleted from there and they were gonna charge me again for the second still waiting to get my money back 66 dollars plus the company had an attitude terrible customer service I do not recommend this company please choose something else if you have high blood pressure or heart problems because if you choose this company you may be experiencing them more frequent SCAM COMPANY!!!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!
