I hate this
I hate taking this stupid bus and this app as-well it literally changes my drop of address??? I know I set my drop off location to the right place yet i get dropped off at some random spot 😭😭
Problems with the new version
After updated to the new version, the payment method using cards became unavailable. Got prompts that says “unable to retrieve payment methods”.
Difficult to use
I have trouble setting a home address, and alternating already saved addresses. When I try to schedule an appointment it’s confusing going through the steps. Also I’m concerned when I go to schedule a pickup for a doctors appointment that I will be there on time. For example I had an appointment at 9am, I entered that I would need a pickup at 8am to allow for 45 min of travel; the app told me I would arrive after 10:30am.

Poorly written
This program is awful. My scheduled pickup times are constantly changing regardless of when I schedule. There are no instructions on how anything works in this dam app. It frequently thinks I live in Europe at 463 62, Billy Potok Liberec Czech Republic. I live in New Mexico USA.
Update: still unfriendly app. Now it thinks I live in the ocean west of Africa.

Works sometimes
The app is great, until it keeps bumping your times every five minutes or when you call your bus line to make sure your on the list it says your not on the pick up list when showing a time on your end

Much easier than calling to book
I’ve been using the phone to call and book trips to and from work for months, but now I can use the app instead it’s so much faster even if there are still a few bugs like not being able to book the return when trying to book round trips.
Worst App.
I have travelled and have used numerous travel, transit apps in the UK, Ireland and France. This app has not worked for over two months. It’s very frustrating! This app. is garbage.

The Origin System seriously needs work.
I book my rides 7 hours in advance, and I want it to pick me up where there is a known bust stop, but they make me run 2-3 blocks to catch the bus or I’m a “no-show”. Also, the pick up timing is horrible, you’d think there’d be priority pick up. Like if I book a ride for 6:20, I’m expecting 6:20, not 6:45. This system wasn’t clearly planned, that’s Brandon Transit for ya.

Great app to simplify my transit!
I live in a remote area where I usually need to drive to a bus terminus to then take at least one bus and then two metros to get to my destination. Blaise has simplified my journey and saved me a lot of wasted time!
