I can’t redeem rewards
The apps design and interface is absolutely unusable. I can’t even select decaf as an option. The staff don’t even know how to use it. Absolutely terrible design. How do I even redeem my rewards?
No Login Option
If you get a new phone, or change your number, and have to reinstall the Blenz app, it doesn’t give you the option to login. When the registration verification email didn’t send, the link to resend the verification email was hidden in the manage gift cards page, which makes no sense. Plus free birthday drinks are limited to americanos, teas, lattes and hot chocolates, so if you want a birthday cappachillo then you are out of luck. The app is only worth it if you are a regular customer who drinks lattes, americanos, or tea lattes.
I don’t think anyone has really tested the app as it is not user friendly or staff friendly. Some of the apps problems from 4 year old reviews still haven’t been fixed. The Blenz app needs a complete rework and way more testing, as well as regular updates. I cant recommend it until these changes are made.

Cannot Set Up
To set up a password, an email is supposedly sent. I tried many times. No email received.

No responses from customer support. No verification emails for registration. This is essentially a dead app that should be removed from the App Store.
Charged me 3x
Said my card declined and I tried again and it charged me even though it told me my card declined. Support number is not in service, cuts you off after waiting for customer service; tried calling 5+ times
Horrible app experience
The app does not pick up the nearest location based on GPS. It picked a store 5 kms away when I was inside a store placing the order.

Requires an email verification but doesn’t send you an email to verify your email address. Can’t use the App without verification. Useless App.
Dated app; not seamless with franchise locations
As of this writing the last update was a year prior updating a QR code system. It seems that franchisees sometimes need to be told on arrival that a mobile order was placed, which takes away from the convenience of ordering on app. It also punts your order 10-15 minutes ahead at a minimum, even if you plan to arrive sooner. The interface is not intuitive, is very bare bones, and does not reside in this decade. It needs a major update/overhaul.

I like their protein shake but it’s so expensive and u have to get so much point to get something free and they don’t give any discount on birthdays.
App needs major updating (plus points system is a joke)
The current Blenz app is outdated! I have asked baristas at six different locations and none of them know how to redeem the points. Also, it is ridiculous how much one needs to spend to even hit the rewards. Finally, I have Blenz cards that I want to incorporate into the app and their email verification process does not work. Blenz - do a BETTER job with your apps and points cause Starbucks is WAY ahead of you!!

Worst app ever
I’ve had this app for a while and accumulated a lot of points, but there is absolutely no way to redeem the points. None of the baristas could do it in store. If you go to their FAQ on the app, it redirects you to a link that doesn’t work at all. I tried contacting Blenz and got no response from them. Starbucks app is way better.

Making me not want to go to blenz
I decided to switch from Starbucks to Blenz because of Starbucks’ support of Palestine and oh my god there is zero user friendly-ness on this app. You can’t add funds to it, unlike Starbucks. You can’t add a card either, and even if you add a store to favourites you still have to search to find it on the app. Horrible. Plus, why does it take so long to get a free drink!!! Considering how expensive it is for the drinks at blenz the fact that this is how the app/the loyalty system works it’s very very bad and I would not recommend it to anyone. Blenz please do something to fix this. I don’t want to be shown coffee shops in the US and Vancouver Island as my suggested, considering I live in Vancouver.

App doesn’t work!
Love my BLENZ drinks but the app doesn’t work…and the customer support is unhelpful. Can’t place an order for a drink - keeps saying payment card post code doesn’t match. Tried twice now (a week apart). Tried three different cards. Called customer service who first say I can’t order a small drink on the app. Then to try a different card (tried 3 different branded cards already!) and then they have a glitch right now (what the same glitch as last week also??) and then to try re-installing app. Have given up - no drink is worth this much effort and they clearly aren’t interested in having a functioning app.
