I can’t understand the language. How do you want other Americans to work with you and you don’t have any thing to change the language for other to understand what you are saying . Big turn off for me. Sorry🤮

App has limitation

Clean interface, which I like. App has some limitation for end to end chat and sometimes confusing. The worst part is only the customer service. It’s robotic answer and lack of understanding will drive you mad.

I regret the day I made an order with this application. I was a fool for paying before delivery. You guys are just nothing but scammers. I just got no option than to uninstall this application

English option

The App should always give the English language option through the whole shopping experience. During a few steps, the shopper gets messages/infos in Bahasa and it creates info full understanding troubles and delays the shopping journey.

Sering ERROR dan LELET tp barang2nya kualitas bagus,

Suka dan sering blanja di Blibli.com, tapi sayang apps sering kali error dan leletnya minta ampun, padahal klo buka online shop yg lain bisa cepet dan jarang error. Jadi sering kesel deh klo blanja di bli2 gara2 loadingnya lama banget!!! Mohon untuk bisa ditingkatkan pelayanan applikasinya jadi ga bikin kesel nungguinnya, because time is a money!!! Dan satu lagi ni Blibli.com sering ngadain promo tapi kok voucernya cepet banget habis, baru 10 menit promo berlangsung kuota voucher udah habis padahal udah mati2an nunggu loadingnya jadi tambah kesel lagi deh hufff!!! Please Blibli.com fix your apps get better server for your apps, and please improve your service for your loyal customer!!
