Can’t use location
Location function is not working, also it’s hard to navigate the website. You’d think since the carwash has been around a few years they would have their app fixed. If the car washes weren’t decent then I would cancel my

Poor service all around
I was looking forward to changing to this new service; not after using it! Purchased the Transform+ for all my vehicles while given the cleanse - lowest wash- after addressing this error every time washed the car. Bliss never addressed this concern so I canceled in the middle of the month and now they do not want to honor the last 15 days of the paid services. Do not recommend at all. Going back to Fast 5 Express that has always given superb services for a few bucks more with better location and equipment.

Scammers and worst customer support
They had a promotion ($20 for two months). I cancelled my subscription right before the two months ended but they still charged me an additional $35. I contacted customer support but they refused to refund back.
In addition, I went there multiple times during their working hours and the car wash was closed without any notice. If you had an emergency, at least leave a note!

I would give this app a higher rating but it offers no way to cancel a membership.
Awesome Car Wash App
I think this is the coolest car wash app ever. I can buy my washes, update my membership and purchase extra vacuum time. Very user friendly. Also, great rewards!!!! Yay Bliss!!!

The best of the best!
First off, I love bliss car wash and am eagerly waiting for more locations to open. What makes it even better is an app is so user friendly and actually works! All these other random company apps are so poorly made, BUT NOT THIS ONE. No glitches, super easy to use and who doesn’t love a point/reward system. I would highly recommend bliss to anyone and let them know that the app is where it’s at. 10/10 on the app, on customer service, and on the car washes.

Seamless app for best car wash in Los Angeles
Have been coming to Bliss for about a year now, and I don’t get my car washed anywhere else. I’ve been asking about when they were going to create an app and they finally delivered! Really easy to use and makes getting a car wash so much easier.

Bliss Carwash is definitely my go to place to get my car washed. I have never left there unhappy and my car is always spotless. Love the app, so easy to use and now I get to collect point every time I go!

Makes buying single washes very easy! All I need to do is purchase it through the app and when I get to the pay station all I do is scan the bar code! Bliss is always thinking about making the lives of their customers easy!
