Impossibile fa utilizzare

Nonostante l’aggiornamento odierno le problematiche legate alla navigazione in app persistono rendendo impossibile effettuare qualsiasi operazione. Riesco a collegarmi e dopo compare la pagina bianca. Sono mesi che sono costretta a collegarmi sempre da pc.

Peccato... di fatto inutilizzabile

Scaricata per la gestione di pratica medica, viene caricata sistematicamente, anche con il semplice scorrere lungo una pagina, la pagina con il disclaimer relativo alle modalità di apertura delle richieste.

Segnalata a Blue Assistance la comparsa di una schermata bianca che non consentiva l’utilizzo dell’app, mi chiamano in settimana per dirmi che è tutto risolto. Nello store vedo che l’app è stata aggiornata proprio al fine di eliminare la schermata bianca.
Risultato: se possibile (se possibile) l’app va peggio di prima e la schermata bianca compare immediatamente dopo l’accesso
