Stone ages!

The payment process is a joke! ACH autopay is all the accept, maybe people don’t want your fingers in their bank account and would choose to handle their finances as they see fit not you.

Logging in is a nightmare!

Cannot send online contact form

Wrote message, attached a pdf, when submitted the “spinning circle” lasted 30+ minutes before I gave up. Tried again, same thing happened. (Even tried the Android app. It was even worse. Would not let me attach a document)

worst app ever

I have yet to use it. Says it needs updating, but the app won’t let me. I e deleted and reinstalled it twice. The member login won’t pull up. And don’t get me started on the non existent auto pay. It’s like they want to make it, as hard as possible, to make a payment or open the app. Totally worthless.

Great update!

Love the new version of the app. It makes it so easy to access information about my plan when I need it. Also love that my member ID card is right there, because I don’t always have my wallet but I usually have my phone.

Long time Blue Cross of Idaho mobile app user. This latest version is vastly improved. More features, better stability, AND my ID cards popped up quick. Well done.

Makes ya really think where your healthcare money is going

Cannot find care

No matter what I do, it can’t connect to the server to find any providers for me.

Useless

Difficult to log in

Very poor quality app. Difficult to log in and frequently have to change password. Needs an update.
