The app never opens the first time. I have to close then try again all the time. How can this issue be resolved?

Not an app
The landing page looks like an app as it's populated with icons. But when you chose the bill pay option - it's a web page with tiny blanks to fill in.

Wish I didn’t have to log in every single time I close out of the app! Also wish I could get text updates like all the other bank apps 😬
Finger print sign in!
Add the feature to sign in with your finger print and this app would be perfect! It's a pain in the butt to go through 3 steps just to get in your account every time! Also, please let us change our address in the app! It’s a pain to call customer service or go in to change the address!
Doesn't work
Used to love this app but lately it hasn't been working anymore or the app crashes
Touch ID integration needed
The app overall is very good. Touch ID needs to be added to catch up with every other banking app available.
Mobile check deposit crashes app
Mobile check deposit crashes app every time I've tried to use it. Overall this app is poor compared to other banking apps I've used. Please go back to the drawing board to fix flaws and improve it.

Update: uninstalled and reinstalled the app...it is working like a champ again :)

Comes up and flashes off, turned off phone and back on same thing, all this after fixes. iPhone 4
