Thanks Blue Taxis … and your useless app. I missed an important event relying on your time estimates of 20 mins only to find out 40 minutes lates that ‘I was still in a queue’. Beyond Useless
App needs work
The drivers have all been fabulous, but the app needs work.
Pick Up functionality doesn’t work
Booked taxi to my house. Somewhere between selecting my address and the job being accepted the pick up address changed to a random address somewhere else. Hopefully I don’t miss my flight 😡
Needs a few tweaks.
Not a bad experience but it could be better.
Made a Booking to Darwin airport but it didn’t show up as international or domestic? Just streets which was confusing.
No ability to rate the driver other than stars or view his previous reviews which means no real feedback.
This is why Uber is fantastic.
There is no ability to see how much the completed trip cost inside the app either.
Just on an email?

Awesome service!!!
Been using the app for a while now. Have had the odd bug. But every time I have called them, friendly staff awesome service and they have fixed the issue immediately!
Horrible service
Attempted a booking which was accepted but never arrived. After having to instead call the hotline to rebook, another taxi was headed to pick me up (it did actually appear in the app.)
400 metres away from me the taxi decided to cancel the booking and head towards the city instead (to search for a more expensive fare no doubt)
This is why we need Uber in Darwin.

Great service, although
Taxi No.206 today, driver drove erratically, shirt was unkempt. Interior smelt.
Nice features but occasional trap
Really like the gps function which lets you see the whereabouts of the taxi. The app sends a message when your booking is accepted, will tell you the taxi number and even let you see the location of the taxi. That's when it is working properly.
Unfortunately sometimes the app fail terribly and won't tell you if the booking is accepted. I've had multiple occasions when the booking status changed to "cancelled" by itself. So I ended up booking it again. But then on occasions two taxis came to pick me up. The app is full of bugs. So rather than letting this happening to me again and again, I've deleted the app and use the old phone call instead.
