What's New in BlueDiamond™ Mobile Elite

4.0.0

July 21, 2026

This version of the The BlueDiamond™ app now supports BlueDiamond™ Mobile Elite functionality when authenticated with a LenelS2 NetBox™ platform, delivering an enhanced mobile security experience. Users can access key Mobile Security Professional features, including Activity, Cameras, People, Threat Level Escalator (TLE), and Portals, enabling them to monitor events, view cardholder information, manage threat levels, and access live or recorded video directly from the application. This release introduces support for multiple NetBox accounts, allowing users to add, edit, and delete NetBox connections from the NetBox Accounts section for improved account management and flexibility. The app now supports video integration with S35, Milestone, VXR, and NetVR recorder platforms. These enhancements expand security monitoring capabilities and provide users with a unified mobile experience for managing security events, personnel, and video surveillance from a single application.

Awful

Never works right. Just use a key code.

Horrible

this app rarely works and sad part is im forced to use it for my condo.

There isn’t a day where people are stuck in the garage, elevator, and outside the building because how bad the app is. It will sit on searching mode until you refresh the app many times. If another person is near you or in elevator app will not work. This feels like a kid’s app project made with ai and a friend helped them get it up and going on the side. I’ve used apps made by college kids that function way better than this.

Every day this app asks me for a review. It’s a fine app, except that it is begging me for a review every day instead of letting me open the door.

FAQ

What does the BlueDiamond mobile app do?

The BlueDiamond mobile app transforms your smartphone into a secure access control device. It allows for touchless entry into buildings by using your phone as a credential, eliminating the need for physical access cards.

How does the app provide access?

The app leverages your smartphone's Bluetooth or Near-Field Communications (NFC) capabilities to act as a mobile credential. When you approach a compatible reader, your phone can authenticate your access wirelessly.

Is this app free to use?

The app itself is free to download and use. However, its functionality is dependent on your organization having BlueDiamond readers installed and the ability to issue BlueDiamond mobile credentials.

What are the requirements to use the BlueDiamond mobile app?

To use the BlueDiamond mobile app, your organization must have BlueDiamond readers installed in its facilities. Additionally, your organization needs to be set up to issue BlueDiamond mobile credentials (Bluetooth or NFC) to users.

What are the benefits of using mobile credentials?

Mobile credentials offer a touchless access experience, significantly reducing the number of physical touch points in a building. This enhances convenience and can improve hygiene by eliminating the need to handle physical cards or keypads.
