this app rarely works and sad part is im forced to use it for my condo.
There isn’t a day where people are stuck in the garage, elevator, and outside the building because how bad the app is. It will sit on searching mode until you refresh the app many times. If another person is near you or in elevator app will not work. This feels like a kid’s app project made with ai and a friend helped them get it up and going on the side. I’ve used apps made by college kids that function way better than this.

Every day this app asks me for a review. It’s a fine app, except that it is begging me for a review every day instead of letting me open the door.

I use it everyday. I can keep up with my phone but not my membership card! It’s invaluable for me.

I mean, seriously - that should NOT happen. Get yourself a card for the reader so you never need this dumpster fire of an app.

Not a good solution
It often works !
But when it doesn’t, you’re in real trouble.
Not user friendly
Please stop asking us to write a review every time we open the app. This app is not user intuitive at all. It crashes all the time, somehow loses signal and when it’s working, it’s constantly asking for a review to be left. I don’t want to have to leave a review every single time I need to use the app. Fix it!

Bleh
My building changed from key fobs to this app and I was optimistic at first bc in theory it should be an improvement. Unfortunately the app doesn’t work half the time. I have to open the app up and manually click the unlock button and even then sometimes it needs to be reloaded to work. This becomes tedious especially when carrying things in.

Soooo glitchy
Would be nice if I pulled up every day and didn’t have to close and reopen the ap, refresh, move my car back and forth, wave my phone at the sensor and start cursing before it sensed “inbound” and let me in
