It often works !
But when it doesn’t, you’re in real trouble.
Not user friendly
Please stop asking us to write a review every time we open the app. This app is not user intuitive at all. It crashes all the time, somehow loses signal and when it’s working, it’s constantly asking for a review to be left. I don’t want to have to leave a review every single time I need to use the app. Fix it!

Bleh
My building changed from key fobs to this app and I was optimistic at first bc in theory it should be an improvement. Unfortunately the app doesn’t work half the time. I have to open the app up and manually click the unlock button and even then sometimes it needs to be reloaded to work. This becomes tedious especially when carrying things in.

Too many
To many requests for review.
Not delensible
The app is not dependable. It crashes quite often, and it's hard to connect.
Stop asking me to rate this app
Any app this desperate for reviews deserves a 1-star review
Soooo glitchy
Would be nice if I pulled up every day and didn’t have to close and reopen the ap, refresh, move my car back and forth, wave my phone at the sensor and start cursing before it sensed “inbound” and let me in
Terrible
This app is terrible and I hate it
Poor Functionality
I have used BlueDaimond for 2 years now and it is a poor option for accessing buildings and rooms. It almost never detects a device unless you are in NFC range (even with the highest sensitivity), and it lacks the functionality of nfc which would allow you to use a phone like a keycard. The pathways option is also limited by a short time frame that makes little sense for a normal
workday or work environment when you need to access a space multiple times a day. The reality is you have to get close to a reader open the app wait for it to load the location then wait for it to communicate, which works half the time on the first try and then open the door. I string a physical key is usually quicker even on a keychain if 10 or more keys.

Review is Irritating
Everytime I try to use the app it asks to review it, interrupting the utility of the thing.
Wonky service
Needs work
Deactivate after several months for inactivity
I use to access to a property that I visit twice a year. Every time I need to request a new activation email invite to be able to use it.
Slow and unresponsive
Too many bugs
Doesn’t work 50% of the time.
Tanks too long to find the blocks.
Dangerous if I have to get in or out of an area quickly

Always loading
App works 7/10 which is not ok when you’re trying to enter your home
Damaris
Liam1997.
Temperamental and Inconsistent
A physical card reader would be faster and more convenient than this.
Not reliable
It resets frequently and need to ask administrators to send new credentials
Sketchy at best
Everyone purged. IT said new owners, then charged us to fix it. Not happy!
Asking for updates
Please stop asking to update BEFORE I open the door. Im juggling a ton of things and promoting for an update while I’m trying to open the door is maddening.
