Fails at key moments several times but mostly good.
BluSmart HAD been quite reliable. But I had an airport reservation cancelled on me with no notification. Trying to rebook in the general time frame booted me out of reservations. Another time, a driver used foul language and demeaned me in Hindi thinking I only understood English. He was angry I wasn’t ready to leave 15 minutes before my ride time. Another time a driver went to the wrong neighborhood and refused to believe he was at the wrong address.
Other than these 3 times, 2 of them being vital trips with a time component, it has been quite good.

Out friver was really very nice and humble. Made sure that we are comfortable.
It’s a scam!
Driver parked and stayed couple of streets away from my pickup location at 5:30am! I actually had a family member drive me to his location but he was gone when I reached his last reported loc! In the process I almost missed my flt snd was charged for a missed ride! No apology or customer recovery comp for such a poor experience. Never again!!

Overpriced and Fraud
This app charges more than uber or ola. I cancelled a cab and they refunded the money back to the wallet but are not returning my money to the source account! Do NOT DOWNLOAD!
Safe and comfortable rides
Professional drivers, clean cars, Better pricing compared to uber. Highly recommend BluSmart. Hope they sustain in this market and provide similar services in future as well. I like their idea of having nicer cars, nice drivers. Uber drivers are getting too rash, cars are messy unless you order premier cars.

Amazing for airport pickup/drop off. The drivers come early and the cars are spacious.
Dysfunctional at best
The App just isn’t functional all the time. Struggling to request for Help, even when it’s an emergency. The clicks just don’t work. Ridiculous.
Useless for foreigners
Tried to create an account - asks for Otp which I tried multiple times and didn’t get for US number. Tried it again a few days later and was able to get it. Proceeded to try to book a ride to the airport but couldn’t get credit card payment to work and gave up after multiple attempts.
Easy to use
First trip to India and this has made life so much easier. Planned our route on our phones and for a very reasonable price had a driver for 5 hours

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THEM EVER! My experience is horrible, no one picks the call, app doesn’t do anything except changing the driver. All they say is apologise. Their cabs have significant delays.

I was not disappointed. Driver Wahid was on time and very courteous! Great option for city rides especially with the bad experiences i have had with uber last minute cancellations.

Misleading options on payments when trying to pay on cash
The app is misleading. I choose to pay by cash and it keeps forcing me to add money into a BluSmart wallet which I don’t want to do and I don’t want to look it with any UPI app. So despite putting preferences, it works in a completely different way to what the user has specify.
Lousy customer service contact
App is nice, cabs are great, but there is no way to contact someone when things go wrong. They took money off my
Card and didn’t schedule the ride !
