يافندم لو سمحت عندنا طلب فى تطوير طرق الشحن وهو لما نيجى نشحن رصيد للموبايل من التطبيق بيدى قيمه لحد 200 جنيه عاوزين البرنامج يدينا حرية اننا نكتب المبلغ المطلوب بنفسنا ، ثانيا لما نيجى نشحن باقة الانترنت بباقات اضافيه اخر التطبيق 100جيجا طب ليه مش مزودين باقى الباقات الاضافيه ( شركة وى ) ولما نحب نشحن رصيد لخط الانترنت الارضى مش متاح شحن رصيد المتاح فقط تجديد الباقه عاوزين امكانية اننا نشحن الخط فلوس من غير تجديد الباقه ، ثالثا عاوزين اضافه فى البرنامج لشحن كروت العدادات كهرباء وغاز ومياه
رجاء العمل على الاقتراحات ارسلنا الطلب منذ فتره ووعدتونا بالتنفيذ ولم يتم اى شئ للآن

Editing my original review to say FaceID is now available for login into the application.
However, the application should allow password managers to enter saved passwords into the login fields. This feature is still missing!

التطبيق يجبرني على التجديد بعد انتهاء المدة
عند اختيار "عدم" تحديد وديعة فلكس بلس الشهرية ، التطبيق يتجاهل اختياري و يختار تجديدها بعد انتهاء المدة !
شحن رصيد انترنت وى
نرجوا اضافة جميع باقات الشحن الاضافيه فى خانة شحن الباقات الاضافيه شركة وى
ونريد اضافة خانة شحن رصيد وتم اضافتها لكنها غير مفعله عند الشحن تظهر رسالة خطأ . شركة وى
كما نريد اضافة خانه اخرى فى مبلغ شحن رصيد التليفون المحمول لان نريد شحن مبلغ معين غير متاح فى الاختيارات مبلغ اخرى كى نشحن المبلغ المطلوب
لجميع شركات المحمول

Good App
Im impressed by the quality of the app and how much better it keeps getting with time. Youre heading in the right direction so far with how easy it is to get things done and how clear things are to understand. A few minor bugs that can be blocking if you dont know the workaround but nothing breaking. Keep up the good work.

اسوأ بنك في مصر
اوقات كتيره الابلكيشن مش بيفتح، الكرت مبيشتغلشي ويرجع يشتغل علي مزاجهم، عادي تيجي تشتري حاجه وانت بتحاسب تلاقيه مش شغال، ويقولولك بنحدث السيستم (معناها انه عطلان كالعاده) عادي ابعتب فلوس الصبح الاقي اسعار الخصم واصلني باليل، يعني لو فيه مشكله زمانها انتهت وراحت الفلوس، وطبعا ده سببه موبيلي الكخه مش السيستم بتاعهم اللي بيتحدث (يعني خربان) وكمان التحويلات مش بتسمع، وبيحطوا ايديهم علي الفلوس ومش بيردوها الا بعد شكاوي وخمسين مكالمه، شفت ازمات ومواقف ملهاش عد مع البنك ده(اغنيتهم اللي بيتريقوا بيها علي نفسهم)

Worst banking app ever
I have to log in every a few mins just to do one thing. It keeps logging me out.
When I try to set up face ID log ing it says service is not available weirdo!
I have no idea why if it os linked to my number n email what is the point of asking it for an OTP from another app?
To set up the OPT app is a different story.
They don’t consider that people change their phone n travel.
This needs to be rebuilt. This app lives in the past like 100 yrs ago.
They need to copy an international app.
They don’t need to add their touches.

كل كام يوم عايزينك تغير باسورد وتجيب باسورد عمرك مستخدمته قبل كدا حتي لو كنت مفعل بصمك الوجه بردو عايزين باسورد جديد كل شوية، انصح بحذفه وتغير البنك الي بنك محترم بتطبيق محترم

عدم إمكانية دخول البرنامج خارج مصر
أنا سافرت الي الخارج و جربت الفيزا في الماكينة و اشتغلت لكن البرنامج لا يعمل و عمل بلوك علي دخول العضوية بالرغم ان برنامج البنك الأهلي يعمل جيدا بدون مشاكل

I love the BM app. Very user friendly. Easy to follow. In comparison to other apps I find quite good

Certificates Renew or Redeem drop-down list
I have a suggestion that is really helpful for the certificates customers, could you please add a drop-down list button on each certificate detail to choose if the customer needs to “Renew” the certificate after expires or “Redeem” and add another drop-down list to choose one of his local accounts to redeem it like saving or checking, that will reduce the load on the customer service branch and give us a customer some flexibility to use our internet mobile app
