App worthless now
App worthless…can no longer log in through the app.
Not what it used to be
BMG was great when we first used them. Past couple of years it has been awful. You have to pay 25% of your balance before you can refinance. Also I am divorced I’m trying to change my last name. It’s been at least a month and it still hasn’t been changed. Very unprofessional.

THIS HAS TO BE ONE OF THEE WORST EXPERIENCES I HAVE EVER HAD. The app displays inaccurate information. I have made more payments than the app is reflecting. It’s reporting negatively on my credit!
You can’t even refinance until you’ve made 16 CONSECUTIVE PAYMENTS, and if you miss one, they make you start over.
The interest IS RIDICULOUSLY HIGH! Never again! BMG hurts more than it helps!

Honestly in my opinion the best option to help people who are struggling with money issues. Quick deposits and great customer service like Claudia L. If you need help getting your life back on track give bmg a try you won’t be disappointed.
Company going bankrupt
Company no good give out loans then stop giving to they loyal members after no missed payment then over charge you ….you pay back. 3 times the amount

For one the costumer service is HORRIBLE they’re completely useless. You DONT get notified about anything no communication at all. The app nor website works… if I could give them negative stars I would.

Unable to login
I never had no issues before for online nor the app all of a sudden I’m unable to sign in ! Why is that ? Y’all need to fix that asap. Can’t sign it with chrome private browser nothing
System needs an upgrade
The app was working fine at one point of time but now for past couple months I keep getting an error when logging into the app or online and cannot access my loan…. they need to fix the issues with this app and as I can see I’m not the only one having this issue
Cannot login
Just an endless login loop, does not allow me to see my account info, use kashable instead.
Upset
I’m upset because I can no longer sign onto my account on the web or the app! I want to see how much I owe & my refinance options, it makes me want to stop paying on my loan since I can’t even see where my money is going. It’s very unprofessional and has been going on for months now! Don’t recommend! Maybe you guys should send an email out explaining why we can’t sign in . My co workers have the same issue as well!

I cannot check my account on there nor pay on the app I have to login on my work computer which is something I don’t like to do because it’s personal information. I just tried the app and I’m just going to uninstall it
