This app is horrible. BMI has billions, wanna put just a little money in your app development.
Too hard to log in
This app logs you out after every time you use it. It even says it’s setting things up for Face ID, but still signing you out and making you type in your info when you open the app again. Seriously needs work.
Not functional
I have never once been able to access the royalty dashboard. Just endless loading animation

Trying to get back into my account
I be been trying to get access to my account but I forgot my password, so every time I try to change the passwords after I press continue nothing happens it just freezes there. Keeps going back to the password boxes instead of just processing my new password.
What do you do?
I have been a couple years with BMI and have yet to see one penny collected in my name on registered works of mine.
Yet i have had other pro’s collect along with streaming services reports of streams, still nothing with bmi. Now I have to download a form fill it out and mail it in to the postal mail and wait for them to respond to me to get my works off of there whatever program. Where I can have somebody else collect for me the big hassle to get your stuff away from them..

Logging in
Trying to log in on this new update as been difficult for me , i just want to sign in without showing me a white screen , please fix issue fast , please and thank you
What happened??
I can’t log in after updating to iOS 18. There’s a blank screen where the login screen used to be.
PASSCODES
I’m sick of changing my password for this app. I can never even see my royalties because I’m always going back and forth to my email resetting my passcode… I even copy it each time into my notes to ensure I have the right passcode but it never fails to tell me my credentials that I’ve used my entire career are wrong… why?

Does absolutely nothing
I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled it. It doesn’t even load for me to log into it. Guess I’ll just use the website 🤷🏽♂️

iPhone 14 Pro Max here, app opens to blank white screen. Totally useless. Hope it gets fixed soon.
Does Not Open as of 9/24/24
The app used to work. It forced me to update, now when I open the app I just have a white screen with purple boarder at the too and bottom of the app. Please update.

Useless
The main reason people come is to register works. This app sends you back to browser when you try that. Might as well just go desktop.
App doesn’t work. Crashes when trying to login! So does the website. Moving over to ASCAP!
App doesn’t work, neither does the website. What a coincidence. I payed BMI for what? I expect a refund and I’ll be going to ASCAP. And BMI should pay for the fees.
